SR Suntour: How to replace the Lock Out cartridge

I have the same.I pull it out after 10 years and it had a lot of dirty grease, water and mud.So I have cleaned the whole of it.What kind of grease should I put? Calcium automotive? Something else?

any type of grease will work

Don't use just any grease use a suspension fork grease like slick honey.

My lock out spindle is removed but the rod is still inside the nut cang get it out, have no clue to fix the issue I'm using WD40 but no luck

I wonder if I could just remove the lockout and use the fork without it? It will lighten my fork.

I just pulled my feg145 lock out knob to pieces, leaving half in the fork. They seem a lot harder to remove than other models. Anyone have any idea how to best remove the feg145 lever (for my next one :-P)? Cheapest I've found more online is £7.99....so it's obvious why they are made so weak.
