+1 Add a washing test please
Yes add washing!
YES JOE! TEACH US HOW TO WASH CLOTHES PLEASE!
washing education video please :)
Please do a "how to wash clothes" video! I know you've talked about wash tags, but what would actually happen if you didn't follow the wash tag and did something else? For example, wash tag says "dry clean only" but you decide to wash the garment in the washing machine or hand wash it.
Yes! Please do a washing series.
Yes!
I hate having to throw a good piece of clothing because of stubborn stains.
+2 washing!
Please make a step by step guide for dummies for how non-industry people can determine clothing quality when they go shopping. For example, in one of your videos, you said "this fabric is going to pill quickly", but for someone without your experience, how ca we tell when we go shopping?
That's an interesting idea, we can definitely bring it up to Joe! As for knowing if the garment will pill, you can get the garment and rub it against itself. You should be able to tell pretty quickly if the fabric is pilling😊.
Yes show us how to wash clothes!! I prefer buying expensive clothes and then taking care of them. I'm a AIRism user, and a find it to shrink in the length by 1 cm the first time I wash it. How can i keep the longevity of my shirts? Do I need to use other detergents or fabric softener? is there a difference? Do I use too much?
Thanks for talking about Airism being dependent on humidity. Uniqlo just opened their stores in Texas and airism makes sense here. I’m going to the Philippines though soooo good to know it’s not fun to wear in humidity 😅
Bro I’m loving these videos I recently bought a sewing machine keep putting out more breakdown vids I’ve been learning
We will have sewing education videos and videos on pattern making and developing garments as well!
would love to see a video about washing!!! I feel like gambling everytime I wash my favorite t-shirt. Would be comforting to understand the science and tips on how to maintain my cloths.
Why does this channel not have a million subs already!! This is gold
Man I'm studying technical apparel design at KPU in Vancouver and your videos are helping me to immerse and be aware of all the details an concepts of garments, I recently discover your channel so I sill have a lot to deep dive, Thank you!
Yes to washing video! Especially, fabric softener…when is it worth it and when is it bad for the fabric?
Hi team, great work! I always enjoy your videos, especially the Q&A ones. Just wonder if you can put the terms on the side of the screen so people who are new to the industry can also know what it is? I saw this being done in the product breakdown video of different brands, maybe it can also be added to the Q&A videos too
Found this channel through that Reddit post. You've got a new subscriber!
YES, please teach us how we should be washing our clothes, particularly when it comes to polyester and polyester blends (ie. Is it really bad to not wash polyester clothing regularly if it doesn't stink in hopes to prolong the life of the garment? Does the bacteria accumulated lead to degradation of the fabric?)
Thank you Joe!
YES. pls add washing, tests, and care. thank you.
Will do🫡!
I love this format!
Ive always wanted to know why shirt sizing is so anti tall people? Box cut shirts everywhere, i can't raise my arms without showing gut, it's disgusting.
Congrats on your new space! Would love to have better information on laundering. I have 7 different kinds of detergent and none seem to do a good job.
Washing?! Yes please!
More of these!
Would love wash tests and “how to” wash series 🙏
Great channel and content! Very informative.
I'm one of those that refuse to wear anything with synthethics unless it's athlethic gear. I hate the hand feeling (and look) of synthethics, but also yes the lack of breathability (regardless of the magical claims all the manufacturers make) compared to natural materials is just a no go for me. You might think this doesn't apply to outerwear, but in fact I find with coats it's even worse. If it's cold enough for heavy coats I exclusively wear wool coats, and I find I suffer infinitely less in all those moments where I have to stay in random unescapable hot zones (e.g. a crowded bus), while with synthetic coats I feel I am overheating pretty much instantly.
Really looking forward to whatever it is you all have planned.
We're excited to show everyone😊
The washing clothes vid will be pretty cool!
Yes how to wash properly depending on the textile or colors would be a perf video.
I would love to know how to buy directly from the factory or where to buy from Vietnamese sellers. I don't care about brands. I just want quality fabric with a good cut.
Yes how to wash the synthetics please
Hi, thanks a lot for your videos, very instructive. More people like you are needed on UA-cam, natural and transparence.
I would like to know your thoughts on JJJJOUND, for example is their standard J90 t-shirt worth it ?
Also will you review/analyze the selvedge uniqlo jeans?
+5000 please add washing test and can you do a lululemon pocket tee fundamental t shirt review? love your work! thanks
I like his principles and ethics... Thanku for making such a great channel and content
Wow thanks a lot Lim! Joe educates viewers with the utmost accuracy and honesty. Glad you're enjoying the channel, let us know if you have any questions in regards to fashion, manufacturing, and brand development😊
What dress shirt brand do you recommend for men as far as one that excels in quality, looks, and durability?
is there any suggestion for what kind of fabric would suit a hot climate with high humidity ie singapore? airism tee is the common go to but it feels thick and trapping at some times
how to wash clothes video please
Can you also enlighten us about UPF50+ technology and how it works and where can I get my garments certified for UPF50+.
There are some chemical treatments. But most of the time it's just a tight knit fabric that blocks light transmission. A tarp would be uv blocking as well haha
@@Shiftfashiongroup
But what should I do if buyers specifically ask for this treatment because it is expensive in my country and they are not willing to work with small brands.
You need to add the brand of tee you're wearing per video!!
Could you please talk about All Saints and what makes their basic T's so soft
What about Hemp fabric? Do you guys have an experience or interested in Hemp material? Is it better in term of sustainability or durability?
Please, teach me how to wash, I’ve ruined so many pieces (cheap but still), I hate having to throw _anything_ so i end up just wearing everything stained or warped…
which street brand should i buy? please advise TT
New subscriber. I'd like a video on washing.
What tee are you wearing in this vid?
Last spot I expect to get a thermal lesson 😂
Lool you can learn anything from anywhere and anybody eh😅
@@Shiftfashiongroup so true. Now think of it, you can really nerd out on the material science of different fabric
Good video. Thanks. But drop the background music. Annoying.
subscribed!😇
So, what brands are worth it?
love your t shirt . brand please
Hey Mr, Joe is wearing a prototype that he is testing out for one of our clients 😊
can you also do ACRONYM
Sure thing, adding to the list now! What garment are you interested in Joe reviewing?
@@Shiftfashiongrouptbh, any of their products would showcase their ethos and unique work. The outerwear might be the most exemplary, but anything, really.
