There’s a lot more to it than just hired help. If wins came simply from peeling off dollars there would be a lot more teams winning and doing so consistently.

I don't know what this year's rules say about guessing the light but season 5 said in the rules (It's a Green Light Start) Not a yellow light Start.....so me I would protest anyone out there that gussied the light on me....Rules are Rules it's no different if you was to take a 100 lbs off the the weight of your car than someone guessing the light or having a 6' foot wing....Everyone should have to go by the Rules.

Blowers are better at altitude than Nitrous, because the air is thinner and a blower packs it in. Horsepower drops off in higher altitudes! You can only ad so much Nitrous to the ratio of Low density air to gas ratio. Nitrous mixtures can not compete, when there is not enough air. Ryan Martin has to step up and get a Blower to compete! Wonder why all the Top Fuel Dragsters and Funny cars run blowers: They make better power; that's why!
Kevin Pharis has ran a 3.498 1/8th mile on turbos even beating Salinas TOP FUEL time of 3.647. Of course if they ran the full 1/4 mile then Salinas would put 10 cars on him..
