still can not understand the 2 guys hanging on the back of the car during burnout.....
They are just holding the car in the groove so the burnout is as straight as it can be. Getting rubber down in the right spot is crucial on a No Prep surface, like it is the street. This is also why we do burnouts through the lights every pass, to get as much rubber down as possible, but if it's out of the groove, it doesn't do us any good. This is something we've done on the street for years, and we carried it over to No prep.
Or if your daddy Dave you do a burn out 3 fourths of the way down the track to try to tune your car ... and still knock the tires off...js😮

Kye when i was there in the early 1980's the 2500 ft elevation messed up tuners & the guys always had odd questions why my stuff run ps i went to school for tuning engines, or blowing stuff to with the military a lot transferred! the military job mr oops don't live long drop stuff that goes boom!

Aluminum studs holding the blower on. I seen them getting re-torqued between one of the rounds. They likely stretched.

Ya Shawn may of stuck it to kye again in ohio...Shawn's got his car on rails and it's as fast as any other driver. They're all running 3.80s and the guys running 3.90s aren't winning. The field is too close to be a tenth slower.
all that do the No prep are sell outs, I use to watch street outlaws from day one when it came out of TV. now that all of them race the track and all then run pro mods are sell outs, it started in the street and that's where it should have stayed, but all them got money hungry, so they only do No Prep because they make way more money then there episode money which is 10k a episode, that's not good enough for the once nobody's now they won't race unless they are payed high money. they dont do it in the streets because the people that are there don't pay to watch. so now they got a taste of the big money doing No Prep, damn sell outs

Kyle it's been a long time since I've even heard my car that we name the Mongoose. The motor l think got three miles on. The pushrod right through the rocker. Killing hard times you know you know how it is. He'll sell my carburetor to get a motor from a truck so I can get to work them personal life you know things with their South. But I've been picking at it, but it's all good. Just like you guys keep picking at it pushing that it and it all will come together one day.
