It was just a money grab, as always. Someone else will have ghost written that crap, regardless of her footage pretending to write it while not showing the screen. Anyone who watched Zoe's video's know she is the worst hostess! She buys all the food ready made and just warms them in the oven. For her staff's christmas party, she just invited them around, forced them to wear onesies and ordered dominoes pizza to the door. For christmas, he bought everything pre-made, then got Alfie's mother to come and warm it all up!! She's gets the boys to do any bbq's. she's literally shit. Children love feeling like big kids. Her audience is mainly children, this book is aimed at children. Even if you think the content is too mature for children, it is completely targeted at children. And honestly, I would have loved that shit as a kid.

I work at a charity shop in a small town. in the week zoella brought out her book, we got donated NO LESS THAN 16 COPIES OF IT. we got so many, we had to put a sign at the till stating we can't accept her book. her own fans hated it so much, they couldn't use it.
I use watch Zoella all the time. Ik she suffers with anxiety also but this book is equivalent to “Just be happy and your depression will go away.”
