What do we do if the app stays at the "connecting..." step and ends up failing, with two different phones and one tablet and two different routers?

Hi, Please check if your Wi-Fi network is operating at 2.4 GHz. If your Wi-Fi network is dual band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), try setting it to 2.4 GHz.
Make sure the robot is as close to the router as possible.
