That spot welding machine saves so much time.
Just a tip my old man gave me.. please wear welding gloves or some gloves that go up the wrist when you’re using the air chisel. He said he’s seen multiple people cut open their wrist/arms from the chisel slipping and that cut up metal isn’t forgiving
The air chisel is my favorite loud tool of destruction!

I really want to see some of your RO’s and see the hours your getting. Obviously a lot of places have varying lvls of techs and your clearly the heavy side just curious to see the difference in time from where your at ( don’t know) and my times in the Pacific Northwest.. only reason I say that is alot of the shit your fix would total hear or personally I’d try to total it cause it wouldn’t even make time. And personally on the sound deadening pad would of used a 1 part way more cost affective for what it’s doing.
Insurance company’s are fucked they only pay 12 hours to replace a quarter panel. To be honest it needs to be 16 hours to 24 hours. It’s a 2 1/2 day job for a clean job.

You should show the OE procedure for this repair. Why no epoxy on the qt and inner parts????
Instead of using plastic filler to cover the weld seams, why not use tin? It's much more common to use tin to fill the weld seams in Europe.
