My favorities ice couples are: Jamie Sale & David Pelletier and Ekaterina Gordeeva & Sergei Grinkov!!!!! love them as couples, skaters and their routines were just fantastics!!!!!
that man AMAZES me!... the way he can hold her up with one arm while gliding along the ice just blows me away... I have a huge respect for men in figure skating because of the necessity for gracefulness, which is not something men find all that manly and macho, like they feel the need to be. this guy rocks...and he's funny too.
I watched as many others in Canada did...this love story unfold so beautifully!...They will be forever Canada's Figure Skating Sweethearts...there is noone else!!

They sadly got divorced, Jamie is a life coach and advocate for disabled athletes. She remarried quite a few years ago and had a little girl. David is working as a skating technique coach for hockey. They are both still good friends raising their son. They live in the same neighbourhood too!
David married Katia Gordeeva in July 2020 at Lake Louise, as per her Instagram. She is working as a coach at the Ice Palace Figure Skating Club in West Edmonton Mall. He got her skating in hockey skates! Videos of them both on her Instagram.
They were a divine skating couple….loved them….
They are so beautiful together. Why can't any body be satisfied with what they have. Nothing is ever good enough it seems.
