I wish Sergei was still alive!! I miss them skating together and I know Katia will never be blessed with a man who cared & Loved her inside & out as much as Sergei did!! There's no other loving couple like them off or on the ice!! I will never get tired if watching them!! I watch them everyday!! There the BEST as far as I am concerned!!! I loved them since their beginning, or, better, since the very first time I watched them on TV. They were so young... I remember her nervous after the skating, and him looking at her calmly, smiling. I never missed them when it was possible for me to watch them on TV. They grew together, a skating pair, two friends, lovers, married, parents. Always they surprised me with their class, elegance, then tenderness and love. And off course their amazing skill on ice. I was devastated when he died. I can't believe I didn't get to watch them skate back then. All I could rememenber was her mostly. I guess it's true he spotlighted her because he didn't like skating that much.
