Driven this road loads of times in my old van from west Cornwall in the UK (yes I've driven to Greece and back a few times) albeit you could have taken a shorter route through Corfu town. Know Corfu like the back of my hand and driven all over Greece many times. In fact I'm still driving the old van still every day back here in Cornwall.

You could save 15 minutes on the journey by going Left out of the airport then right at the 1st Junction and cut across town, just like all the coaches do....
Exactly. That's what I thought.
When I first went to Corfu in 1974, I crossed the road outside the fort on a zebra crossing only to get stuck in the middle with drivers honking at me to move! Never trust them as not much has changed I'm sure.

Well I hope it helps anybody who might be worried about the first few hours of driving in Corfu. I have driven around at night many times but it makes bad video light wise. Are you a holiday rep or car hire employee ? The Video camera was a Panasonic HDC-SD10 with a sun-visor hood on the front. As you can see, it didn't work very well ! It would have helped if I had taken the time to clean the windscreen before setting off too. I might purchase one of those huge triple glass moving suckers and stick the camera on the roof next time, but it will probably take the paint off.
i'm a car hire employee, camerawork was very decent to be honest, as for the night driving you are correct, i was just joking because i have quite a few customers arriving in the late hours so it becomes a bit more of a task, don't think it'd damage the paint, they seem to be working on the go pro cameras!
