Thank you. I do use a few owners clubs on Facebook but for the most part I meet up with people subscribed to my channel and everyone often helps out in the comments etc from videos. I would love to do some organised owners meets in the future 👍

Do you think they fixed the leaky 5th door in the MK7.5?
I am not 100% sure however it should only be a case of replacing the seals I believe so for me personally it would not put me off purchasing the car. There are plenty of MK7/MK7.5 Golfs which have been sold since production and I would imagine the majority of them have not experienced the issue.

Thank you! The A45s is a car that has still alluded me in having a drive but I really want to try it out. I have seen models for low £30,000 in price for a 2019/20 model which is a huge amount of car for the money. I have drive the A35 and loved it along with the previous gen A45 which I also really enjoyed. For sure the A45s is a great option 👍

No worries! So more BHP than any other MK7.5 Golf yes and I would go for an R although any MK7/MK7.5 Golf I can happily recommend. Great cars 👍

I’ve been looking at them for a while there one at my local dealership with 45k for £23k it sold before Christmas but is back at the dealer? The buyer must have returned it as Volkswagen do a 30 day no quibble return but why? Owner couldn’t afford running cost? There’s another one at same dealer same spec & colour with 20k on the clock for £27k. There’s loads of mk 7.5 R’s available at £20-23k with 40-55k on the clock plus a few mk7.5 GTI performance for same prices.
The hard part is filtering between the good ones. There are plenty out there and as they become older it does become more tricky to find the right one. I feel it is a good buy it's just challenging to know how the car has been used by the previous owner(s) so a little bit of pot luck. 30day money back does offer a safe option to find any faults on the positive side 👍

Enjoyed the video Sam. I’m looking for the very car. Well it’s that or an Audi S3. The first Golf R you showed with the pan roof, 5 door and dynaudio is the exact spec I want. The dynaudio isn’t a very popular option ( the S3 usually comes with an upgraded sound system that’s why it’s on my list) but I love my tunes so it’s a must have and a pan roof is brilliant in the summer.
Glad you found the video enjoyable. I have a soft spot for the Audi S3 also and if you are after a car with leather seats and the good sound system they are easier to find with the S3. If you can find the right spec Golf R its a great car too just a little harder to find. Best of luck with your search and I am sure you will find a good one 👍
Great video but don’t discount a 2019 model you won’t notice the 10 hp power difference. I love mine it sounds great and in indium grey looks amazing!
