If you translate her line literally, she actually said, "D-Did I just say... something beautiful!?" or "something awesome" or whatever is close to that. But since her previous line roughly translates to "Bringing a precious/important person to a place like this..." I just want to make it more obvious that the "said something beautiful!?" she meant was the fact that she calls you a "precious" or "important" person. I could mess up big time somewhere, so I'd like to discuss it if you have a better way to translate her lines~
That "Sugoi koto" could be expressed as "Something weird" too in that context, what with how "sugoi" is also apparently used to describe something terrible or dreadful, and it's an expression I can see coming out of Haruka and her paranoia. Also, that last one, the one where she rapidly thinks "I wanna die" ends with something that I think can be read as "I swear, if I'm not dead!", considering how the "to" particle, which we find attached to "shinanai" ("to not die"), can be used like the word "if," with the expression all that creates emphasizing the panic she's expressing before that emphasis.

Seeing and now hearing Haruka here, though, well, I feel like hugging her or just doing something to help keep her calm and chipper like how her RecoLobby managed to get me and more.
I keep getting ideas that Haruka sells the weed to get some funds for their group and them uses them herself. When I down a lot of weed I also stutter a lot then get some suicidal thoughts just like her.
