The point of long shots are to catch your opponent off guard or when you can't get close to their defense you should use timed finishing it's worth all the time it takes to learn it

The curl shot from way outside the box only works when your using your weak foot(3-4 star) on the right for weak right foot and vice versa

Honestly best way just change the slider to whatever number you want on the shot speed would be a little bit more easier
