It's a bit of a pain for me how downgraded the finesses are. They are my favorite type of shots and I'm so used to performing them, I even make the mistake of taking a split second longer to open up my player's body for a finesse even when it's not necessarily needed, just cause I like it better. But now I take an unnecessary risk to take a shot that's less likely to end at the back of the net and I can't get it out of my game. :D Really frustrating.
I hope that this year you will make a game camera tutorial, controls and tactics settings. Big hug from this friend who has been with you since fifa 17.
If anyone is coming back to this video, it's full of great advice as always from Boras, but I would ignore what he says about timed finishing. It is absoultely still a thing and learning it will up your game.
Do people realize the "new" power shot is the same as the driven shot they took out in fifa 22. Same buttons L1+R1, they took it out for 1-2 years now put it back, renamed it "the power shot". Also the Trivela shot was already in Fifa 22. It just wasnt called that. Outside of the foot. Now they're just giving things offical names to boast as "features" and changes.
hi I think you loose the functionality of double tap to score low ground goals when in the box, they are fast and accurate, either this kind of shot or timed finishing you cant have both, I prefer low shots
Trying to practice power shots in the arena but how can i be sure if im doing them correctly? I customised my controls so i guess my controls are different (I use R1 for sprint and L2 for Finesse shots)
I don't turn my zoom off for power shot because I use it for trick shots...it always kills them when they think I'm gonna blast then I just press L1 square and cross
I find normal shots obnoxious, got keepers saving 5-6 shots from 8 yards out when using normal shots. Timed finishes seem unstoppable from any angle though.
Best thing they did was getting rid of those awful low drivens, hated them since FIFA 18, Power Shots way better.. Also hated timed finishing, almost never used it..

on then Nintendo switch, the powershot does not work because it does the low driven shot instead. does someone that uses nintendo know hot to fix this?
Hardly anybody scores good goals on fifa they all run into box tap it in that's bout 90 % of fifa players drop back score tap ins , same on fut play 20 games you get about 2 goals scored outside the box
How do you even take the finess shot?! Why on earth each time I try a finess all players make a 180 turn and do a backheel shot which is the slowest shot ever😂 I’m like “is there a glitch…”
2:26 i am sorry but i feel like you aiming towards the middile to me i i would aim completely like i am crossing thats how it goes to that sweet far spot , and for trivela shot bruh last year i used to score from almost anywhere i want (made a vid on it on my channel #plug) but ye this fifa feels like will be just a basketball type of a result at the end of the match if fifa doesn't adjust it as the game progress , but tbh every fifa slow and clumsy and just shoot to score by time they make it into that fifa on cra*k
