I don't have that flat tool you have to open the case. what kind of tool do you suggest?

If you don’t have one, you could use an old card or maybe a dull butter knife

Nice! Do I need to take all of those parts off? I think something is loose inside & I'm going to attempt to fix it.
If something is loose, can I use super glue to tighten it down? Thank you

If you put super glue on it, when it warms up it can mess everything up, don't use super glue because when the phone heats up it can be all sticky and messy around the insides of your phone.
