    What Coach Prime has done for the city of Boulder alone is worth more than 10 million dollars alone. This ain’t your typical college football coach.

      @daniels4215 13 годин тому

      Yes. Promotions are based on POTENTIAL as demonstrated through past performance. He deserves close to, if not more than $10M/year (with extra incentives for: 9+ more wins each year; a Big 12 appearance, a Big 12 championship, a bowl appearance, a bowl win, an NCAA CFP appearance, and each CFP win). And I'm not watching another man's pockets...that's just what his observable value is in the current market. He deserves that...can demand that...and could get that (in Colorado or somewhere else).

    The Prime effect pays for itself, no coach has that kind of pulling power! It's hard to value Coach Prime's worth because his name actually brings in money for his team, sellout stadiums, CU merch up 500% ....

    Before leaving JSU, Coach Prime analyzed the situation and realized that there were few job opportunities or conferences that made sense for his next step. Enter Colorado. The University of Colorado was in the wrong conference, had low potential for fan base growth, faced strong competition, and struggled with low revenue generation.
    After accepting the job, Coach Prime implemented his plan to increase wins, boost school exposure, generate revenue through a new conference, and position CU as a potential "destination" for players. However, leaving CU for the NFL would contradict some of his past statements: “I can’t coach people who make a lot of money but can’t do their jobs. I’m a father, not a baby daddy, so I don’t follow my kids-I lead them. I have no interest in the NFL because my calling is to help model boys into men.”
    The rumors about his departure from CU seem to be a strategy to pressure the university into increasing his annual salary, which he has significantly outperformed and which now warrants an update.

    😢Coach Prime understands HIS ECONOMIC PRIME EFFECT; THEREFORE, by the time THE OTHERS COACHES WHO ALREADY EARNING $9.5M TO $10M receive their extension that has NO Economic Effect, comparably speaking, it will be greater than COACH PRIME; therefore, that must factored in to make it $12M cosch Prime, $2M coordinators, and $1M for coaches

  • @Taymormic99

    I understand the hype and relevance Prime brought to CU. But what is it about his 2 years of Power 4 coaching resume that makes you think he’s ready to coach in the NFL, let alone its flagship franchise? Dallas doesn’t need what CU needed. They need a McVay, or a Reed, or a Shanahan. Maybe after 2-3 more years of college success but not now.

Did his sons ever buy the house in Colorado they showed on social media at the beginning of last year during recruitment season? NOPE. That was a strategy to keep the media quiet about him leaving next year. Prime is leaving, the writing is on the wall. He is making deals and his camp is only showing people what they want people to see on social media. The first team meeting well off media is showing is a joke, Prime mind is elsewhere, listens to his interviews, he went from saying he never will coach in the NFL to maybe he can.
