@ With all due respect that’s the dumbest take I’ve ever seen anyone come up with. The man coaches nothing but 5 star kids hell his own kid is being recruited by Colorado and Nebraska as a Freshman in high school. Not every coach on prime staff believes the way he believes all that matters is. An you coach or not
Anyone from Colorado should be ecstatic about this….this will be monumental don’t care what his tittle will be hire the man 🤞🏾 he has an eye for lineman
I can't say I was impressed with Loadholt. The unit performed better, allowed 43 sacks instead of 56. I can say about 13 of those sacks were on Shedeur this year. Last year, maybe 8, especially against Nebraska where I would say 5 were on Shedeur. Rotating IOL, I guess did keep guys fresh and allowed guys have a look. I don't agree with some of the lineups they had. Rock Brown at RT? That kid is what, 6'2 1/4 trying to play RT? May just 6'2 flat as Just Mayer was just 6'2 5/8s 326 at the Hula Bowl game and he's always appeared taller and thicker than Brown. Or having Benson play RG with narrow hips in a body built like a LT. Seaton is built more like RT with a wider frame, and thicker body. The run game was a joke, but I think that was more Pat/Prime/Shedeur stat chasing through the air and playing favoritism at RB.
Why do you think Roc was at Tackle? Perhaps the people behind him weren't good enough? Why do you guys think the coaches are stupid? They're at practice, they see who's good enough to start.
@Bruss813 Rock was horrible at RT and Houston played better. Do I think the coaches are stupid? Yes! Not all the time, but just watch the play calling and boneheaded decision like running a dive when it's 4th and 1 with 4 WRs on the field. Hell, against BYU, 4th and 1, 0-0, on the 50, and instead powering up the gut with a TE and Micah? They went 5 wide in a tied ball game. Momentum swung BYU way and they never let up. Losing the time of possession is coaching. RBs averaging 4 yards a pop, but yet they want to throw it, causing numerous 3 and outs, keeping the defense on the field. Starting Will Sheppard when Omarion was clearly better. When Miller got injured, ok Will is good enough for now. Playing a rusty Shilo against KSU, or going man to man against KSU giving up a 46 yard TD instead of leaving a safety over the top. There's more, but this is already long enough. Ben Renzik or Karrem Harden would have been my choice at RT Houston injured. They have the proper length for the position. Van Hammel would have more sense. So yes, I like the coaches, but they've made some boneheaded decisions.
