This is a really nice place for a settlement full of hand picked favorite NPC's. The most physically and emotionally tortured souls would finally have a home where they would feel safe. And since they would all have similar backgrounds they can learn to trust and depend on each other. Support group meetings 2 or 3 times a week and a self sustaining impenetrable fortress would provide the community with a way to heal and finally enjoy life 🙂🎊🎉
It seems to be a great mission mod. I'm going to try it and I saw your comment about Jellybean's build tutorials I'm going to try those at as well. Can't wait to see what fun places and trouble you find yourself in next time - LOL !!

Well, one certainly won't be in want of finding somewhere to drink, since apparently Fallout thinks that's what toilets are used for. But game technicalities aside, this is an interesting place, and one I'm sure many settlers would appreciate (or one to keep for yourself).

Remove bodies? WHat? NOOOO!! :) Ok I love it. Totally getting this one. When it comes to vaults I like em nice and clean.. well.. with a few decorative bodies for style of course.
Looks sweet. Wish it wasn't in the far corner of the map though. Now if this were a quest for the railroad as the safehouse (maybe the person has their mattress over the entrance/manhole?)...
All looks great aside the purple mat of disappointment 😞 Nice alternative to Vault111 settlement mod I often make use of because the world is whack! Why would one risk life and limb out there until they've done a fair bit of exploration around the icebox they know is secure. Yeah yeah, the kid who may be dead or taken to Peru or who knows what. Heck you don't even know when he was taken aside from the freezer burns on the roomies. Yup, currently playing as the smart one in the family, not the muscle headed vet who purchased a robot because he didn't want to change the occasional diaper. Oh yeah, the mod ... it looks like fun 👍
I love this mod. I have a settlement there now. The automatic doors are nice in workshop mode, and the hole floor plan is well thought out. I dunno if you've gotten that far, but you can clear all the dead bodies at the terminal in the overseer's office. A side note to your Xbox followers... This mod is a bit glitchy with the frame rate because of all the lighting. If you scrap the orange defcon lights it will help a little bit.
Do you think you could do a video on HOW to build, not just the good mods for it? I do not seem to be able to get the knack for placing and snap n click etc. Would surely appreciate it if you could. Love the videos You have done though!

You mentioned cleaning up the bodies, have you tried the settlement tidy bot? He's one of the first things I build at each of my settlements.
Oh yes he's awesome! I love those bots - particularly the gardening bot:)
