In my eyes, you are revolutionary in presenting wargaming. Bolt action is of course a great system for it but with so many people waving a mobile phone over a to long video of their game this format strike me as a lesson for other UA-camrs. Great work as always and greetings from Sweden!
I appreciate the relatively stable and smooth camera work. Too often other creators appear to enjoy inducing motion sickness in their viewers when videoing their game play.
Yeah...poorly deployed as well. I thought I could overlook the objective and pepper it but no. Plus I wanted to stay away from the sniper. Just bad all around. :D
Really cool battle report, I like that it was presented in a way that I could understand even though I don't play the game myself. Nice knowing what die results were needed for hits and damage!
Sadly I just got my 4th army for Bolt Action as I won a Island Assault box at a local tournament, so I'm starting my Japanese to go along with my Germans, Soviets, and US Army. Just ordered and painted up a 3D printed Ho Ha halftrack to compliment the 57mm light howitzer armed Type 97 Chi Ha tank.
Thanks! It’s really easy. Just grab a plain old door mat and cut it. As a tip, it’s easier to cut it from the back. Something like this and you’ll have a ton of fields! www.homedepot.com/p/TrafficMaster-Beige-18-in-x-30-in-Coir-and-Vinyl-Door-Mat-20815-1/206188593

Cheers, Don! Thank you. :)
Great battle report! Always nice to see Bolt Action being played with nicely painted minis on a table full of great terrain.
Your Bolt Action battle reports are excellent! Please keep them coming.
Snipers can shoot their rifles as regular rifles when advancing.
Perfect thank you! I knew something was off.

Thank you. I have shaky hands but I absolutely try to go slow and steady with the camera movements.
Nice to see you back doing Bolt Action :) Love the layout too. Mistakes were made - you caught them though :) Apart from picking a MMG team, lol!

Thanks! Yeah a bit of a misplay on my part. I should have put him near the objective behind something.
Yeah for more Bolt Action ! Great job on that battle report !
Congrats on one of your best videos yet. It is cinematic with a dry sports-like commentary. The board and figures are tops. Cheers and thanks!
Thank you for watching! 🙂

Nice! I just got Finns so I'll have 4 once I get them and my Soviets painted up. All in good time.
More Bolt action please!
That’s a big 10-4. I’m going to start painting 10 Soviets in between each painting project to get them done. Also have Finns now
@@MiniatureGameMontage Nice, some regular bolt action on UA-cam would be awesome!
@@RyansHobbyGarage I'll try to get more schedule :)
Can you do a tutorial for the wheat field? Your bolt action setup is what I hope mine will be someday thanks for all of the inspiration!

Great battle report. Where did you get the roads? Looking forward to future Bolt Action videos.
Thanks. These roads are battlefield in a box 15mm cobblestone roads. They make a larger version as well.
Where are your road sections from
They are battlefield in a box cobblestone and rural road sets. both are the 15mm version but I feel like they work well for 28mm too.
I want to play bolt action, but no one near me plays it 😢
I'm kind of in the same boat. That's why I recruit my son! :D
Me too! Alabama here. Me and my son play
BA is always fun.
I agree! It is one of my favorites.
