La Pizza Week 2023 review

Jalapeño Popper Pizza:
A GSP twist on the classic Spicy Jalapeño
Popper. Jalapeño ricotta & cream cheese base, sautéed onion, a unique blend of mozzarella, Cheddar and jalapeño jack cheeses, topped with jalapeños, bacon, and bread crumb topping. Finished with a drizzle of chipotle ranch sauce and a spicy fried jalapeño popper.
Perogy Pizza:
Detroit Style Perogy Pizza, a unique and flavourful twist on the classic dish! We start with a deliciously crispy crust, layered with Kennebec potatoes and sweet caramelized onions. Topped with juicy chunks of Doug's kielbasa, adding a savoury touch to the pizza. For a bit of heat, we add tangy pickled jalapeños, perfectly balanced with the richness of melted mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses. Finished with a drizzle of smoky chipotle crema sauce and garnished with fresh chives for a pop of colour and flavour.
Spanakopizza:
Classic Greek dish Spanakopita transformed into a pizza! A fresh and creamy blend of spinach, dill, green and yellow onions with local feta cheese then topped with local Mozzarella. Served with a side of our house-made tzatziki sauce.
