I'm 10 years out of the aircraft brokering biz but 7 digits for a single engine piston is insane. There's several older but perfectly serviceable turboprops and even "Slowtations" on the market right now for less than that and with the difference in money could easily go towards upgrades or running costs for a couple of years, if not both
You don’t have any idea what you are taking about is like who will buy a ferrari ? May you don’t but for some reassign ferrari had been in the market for every same hi price … eg the cirrus is not 1,400,000 MM this year in crazy after the Ttx had the GTC digital for the last 15 year costing the plane that because the just again copy Ttx with now installing the gtc now cost doble what you get a Ttx use for 700,000 Ttx 2017 almost new So you don’t have any idea what you talking because you can’t afford quality is something else but if you mention that a Curtis G7 is $1,400,000 crazy I’ll tell you you are right
I really like these. I liked them so much at the time, I was going to buy one. I found one I liked (used,600ish hours). Went to check it out in the Dallas area. Took a 45 minute flight. hand on, the aircraft is a dream to fly. A little fast over the numbers, but it is a thin wing. Avionics, very user friendly. *Here comes the "BUT"* After doing a weeks worth of research, I found 2 other owners in my area and questioned them about their TTX. They confirmed what I had found out. The fuel burn on these is very under rated. Simple put>>>> They are Gas Guzzler!! I think this is why I found SO many for sale. (I didn't buy one!)
You fallow owners that they just play with you I had in my collection 3 Ttx and that is not true is all about to be a pilot know your PHO And that it Me 12 GPH min max a 195 200 KNTS is 24 GPH turbo prop Do you can go fast and spend or go 65% power still fly 178 or 180 and go low at 12 or 14 GPH SO don’t fallow other you lose an incredible plane Is fear fir the un know Go with a Cessna 172 … how fast can’t just allow Ttx is a slow you can as fast the is 235 at Fl 250
Why are you quoting the price for a new Cessna TTx when these are no longer in production? For everyone else who is stunned at the price, brand new Cirrus SR22's are going for over $1 million as well. Aviation prices everywhere have gone up.
What dum respond Because even us out of production still build the components as 100 of planes out production still make the parts Plus still hundreds on the market 2017-16-13-12-16 even on 2018 Cirrus is a toy never recover that why has a shoot but that even worse the pro he imagine in spin you open a shoot 😳
This plane was the result of Textron/Cessna attempt to take a short cut and just buy an existing design instead of designing one on their own. Beech have the King Air and that plane needed several decades of incremental improvements to make it a winner. Cessna were not willing to put in the money or patience. No changing the names several times did not count. I was at Oshkosh a number of years ago, I saw the TTX or Corvolis ?? I added up full fuel, and there was enough left over for a 170 lb pilot and a much lighter passenger. I made a loud comment about what a nice 2 seater, and saw some ugly faces among the Cessna reps. Cessna had several failures at that point in time , including the 162 Skycatcher. This plane is an overpriced lemon and resale value must be low.
Wow you saw wrong This coming originally from lanc air and no plane if full fuel and full passing re and loggafe you are just a LIER Only plane are epic Kodiak is pure envy because your plane is old generation like Cessna 172 and baron the uglus plane your noice uncomfortable and also 6 seat and just 3 person with full fuel You fir sure ever flew one Ttx or just a demo that why you just talk as a web knowledge guy so fake info in your brains not fact you flew or own one
Outstanding video about the Ttx…very extensive Only the Ttx yes has the electronic stability protection But can not reduce power by its self and here mention by the ESP because doesn’t have auto throttle the rest the video is truly a gem

I would buy a caravan with the same money
Last I checked these planes are not demanding that much. I've seen anywhere from $450 to $700k.
