- My best buddy, Darko Stojilkovic, from Lucica, Serbia is living in Miami Beach, Florida. He wanted to surprise me with a unique, belated birthday gift so he had his grandma make me some homemade food! They sent it to me on a bus last night. It was a bag filled with cevapi, cake, sarma, lamb, batak, and more! A big thanks to Slavica, Goran, Divna, Biljana and Darko Stojilkovic for being such great people!

Charles, your videos inspired me to visit Serbia this summer. I already bought my flight tickets and I am visiting Tuzla, Bosnia, then Niš and finally Sofia, Bulgaria this August. Being from Slovakia, I can see many similarities between my country and Serbia, and I really like to see your genuine love for the country. Keep on many these wonderful videos man. :) Make sure to visit Slovakia one day as well, I can imagine that you will like it. Greetings from Denmark!

Thank you a lot :) Actually the plane tickets from Niš to Bratislava cost around 15 euros at the moment if you fly with Ryanair, so you should give it a shot!

You're so wrong about Pozarevac. Infrastructure might be bad but people are loaded over there. They all work either outside of Serbia or have their own small businesses.

My good friend from Serbia gives me military uniforms. They are good people and are nice. And he encourages me to lose weight which is true.

Also you must try homemade "Chvarci" (melted pork fat) with sour cabbage. It's like milk and honey, I tell you.

Pssst, it is illegal to send stuff and food by bus :) Drivers are not allowed to do that, but they do for some small amount of money :)
I didnt know that! :O My Serbian buddies do it on a weekly basis. Grandma is always sending them food.
Charles Cather Companies doesn't allow it, but drivers do it. Bcs someone could send something illegal in the bag, and if something happens, they could not find the owner of that bag. I do also use that kind of transportation :-)
Oh! Got it! :) I figure some of the packages on the bus are filled with marijuana :D It would be an easy way to ship it :D

that is so true Charles people here eat too much bread,and bread is not healthy at all
it will make you fat and cause heavy damage to the function of your blood vessels ,it is also known that bread or similar products made of wheat will cause serious major problems to animals,because its just not healthy to eat,its empty food and just no point in eating that
i personally eat only one piece or slice of the brad per meal,and its enough for me
so,smart decision Charles...BUT...bread is actually good if you have stomach problems,like heartburn,because it will absorb your stomach acid...but much better solution than bread is to eat some dry cookies,they will also absorb acid
