@@kennethellis1624 I have videos on all those installs. If you have any questions let me know and I’ll do my best to help you out.
Thank you, I actually want you to do the job for me.
Good job!
Thanks 🙏🏼
Definitely enjoy the channel, know the frustration that comes with all the aftermarket parts and the fact of trial and error before filming 😂. Great work and thanks for the precision and detail you put into the work you are doing.
Thanks for the compliment. I really appreciate it. I’m not perfect and I learn as I go. It takes a lot longer to do these installs while I’m trying to film but I also enjoy do it. I might help out someone is struggling with their install so to me it’s worth it.
Thanks Charlies for part 2 when I do get to install the system on my 65 it will be a lot easier. I will be waiting on part 3
I hope my video is helpful for you
@@Chickeneyegarage all videos have been helpful my wife and I are glad we came across your channel
Hey awesome video. Your truck looks great taking some inspiration. Where did you find that panel with the knobs for 65 c10. I can only find the vintage air panel that has the oem look like vertical throw switches?
Thanks for the compliment. The switch knobs came in the vintage air kit. The panel is factory to the truck. The heater control knob was originally there.
For your lower radiator hose, I believe Summit and Jegs both have metal straight and silicone bends to make up custom radiator hoses. I hope the info helps.
Thanks for the info but I found a hose that fits and clears.
Awesome vid dude!! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks 🙏🏼
did that compressor bracket come with your kit?
Yes it did
Great job !
Great Job !!
Thanks 🙏🏼
where did you get the plastic molding around side air vents?
Those are speaker panels
Did you ever repair your 3OTT? Rebuilt mine and can’t seem to go into (push away) 2nd and 3rd
I’ve never had any issues with mine
I just finished my vintage air on my 66 you need any advice I can help
Actually, I’m having issues with mine. When I initially charged it was blowing cold with vent temps at 40 degrees. Went on a test drive and it doesn’t cool as good. Temps fluctuating from 40 to 50. The few people I’ve talked say it’s low in Freon. I did a vacuum pump with about 3 or 4 hours of it running. Let it sit 24 hours and it still held vacuum. I did cans weighing them full and empty and the math came out to 29 ounces which they recommend 28.8. How did you do yours?
@@Chickeneyegarage haven’t driven mine down the road yet but mine did take close to 34 ounces to get right but she blows real cold
What did you get your high side to read on your gauges I got mine close to 225
@@Tee_Spoons_Garage I think 220 or 225. Low side was kinda high at 25. VA instructions say low side should be 10 to 20psi.
@@Chickeneyegarage I can’t remember my low side I was always taught to keep the high side below 250
The chicken eye…😂😂😂
I was wondering if anyone would comment on it 🤣
