- Here's what's in my hospital bag for when I go to deliver my baby. Although this is baby number two and I'm having a cesarean section, you could still use most of these items. I also plan on breastfeeding so there's items included for that too.
I don't know why but I watched a lot of these types of videos and I got to say I found this video very helpful and one of the best ... Just the way you have laid everything down so neatly 🙈 thank you xx

I was thinking the same thing, now I don't know if she nixed it off her list, but I would still bring a comb or hairbrush. You will be there for 3-4 days. Even if you don't wash your hair, it will still get tangled following sleep/resting.
Nicole Hernandez just curious what determines how long you are there? My mom came home the same day she had my sister.
I had my hair braided up so I didn't have to comb or brush it
Not sure if it has changed with times but nowadays you are usually in the hospital at least 2 to 3 days
it depends on your overall condition.... I had preeclampsia. My OB wouldn't let me go until almost all of my symptoms were gone. I stayed a total of 6 days after my C-section. I know some women have left as early as 2-3days.

Amen! So nice to know I'm not the only one who's more practical. I'm a minimalist with packing and never take as much as some women do. I don't wanna bother with having to take that much home. Besides the hospital normally provides so much anyway and you're already paying for it and they just throw the stuff away so I take all of it. Lol. More room in the bag means I have room to take that stuff home! Lol. Good job momma!

Love it! Straight to the point, not a long video, and all the basics. Some moms put so much things I just click off. lol We are expecting our third baby but I just wanted help remember what I need. My oldest is 7 and youngest is almost 4. Can't believe how much I've forgotten in just 4 years. lol

Hi. Just wanted to tell you thank you for this video. I had my son 13 years ago at 26 and had a c-section , and now at 38 I'm having my girl and have to have a c-section again. IV been so confused on what to pack because I don't remember from the last one. Lol. I shop at target and Walmart and all the other videos all said to pack so much needless junk and expensive. Lol. To each its own I guess. Anyway thanks again and I hope you and your little men are doing well!😘

you can register at Target and they give you a gift bag with one in the gift bag

Good for you packing that bag and thinking everything out before hand. I had my daughter in the ambulance. I forgot to bring anything with me and had to wing it through my entire hospital stay.

It seems I packed a lot of the same stuff to take with me, so I feel like I'm a bit more prepared after watching your video. I'm just not taking my "boppy" pillow (different brand I purchased online) because I'm very forgetful. I'm also taking my old house slippers because I want to throw them away after being at the hospital. I feel like hospital floors are gross. I have new ones for when I come home. :) Your video was awesome! Thank you! Hope you had a great c-section with no complications, and a health baby!

most definitely!! why are they gonna give u a csection at 37 weeks? my doctor refuses until im at least 39 weeks

im due nov 29, 2016 .. i got lucky and bought a bobby from a friend 2nd hand for very cheap, looks new so i dont care. I wonder what the difference between the other brands is. It seems that boppy brand is the one EVERYONE buys. But im always lookin for a bargain so i wonder. TAKE CARE! and have a calm and easy c-section!
Or thing I would change is the panties. Bikini cut for a C-section is not great. They will fall right in that scar. Get the briefs or wear the hospital ones

i went to target but the largest size i saw was a D cup. I'm an F cup so the only place I could find a nursing bra to try on was motherhood maternity. thanx for the suggestion though. congratulations and hope you have a quick and safe delivery.

Hi! Did you have any trouble with colostrum or breast milk coming in after csection? Thanks:)
i didn't have any problems with colostrum but my actual milk came in just a few days later a woman how would give birth vaginally. If you need to, supplement for a few days or even pump more than normal and that'll help bring your supply in quicker. Just try to keep the baby on the breast as much as possible or the baby will develop a preference for the bottle nipple if you give it to them too often

Did they say why you are having a C-section? Did you have one with Omari? Btw you look so cute preggo lol
i had a c-section with omari because i stopped dilating. With EJ, they gave me the option of vaginal or c-section but i just went ahead with c-section since i had one with omari and know what to expect from it

Olivia Sims u usually don't have the choice with your first baby unless the labor isn't progressing or some other medical necessity. With your second baby, you can choose if u had a previous c-section
Try and avoid having a c-section! This is my 4th. The recovery is painful you don't get to hold or see your baby much til after your out of recovery. Its more complicated after. Natural birth u can get up n walk around right after if u want u don't need help doing everything. Just plz do more research you don't want to have a c-section on ur first birth its more likely u will have to have repeat c-sections.
Why would u want a c-section anyway? Just wondering y u would think its a better option?
