I´m so impressed listening the second half of this tune. Believe me or not...but there are some parts which makes me feel to cry. Thumbs up and thanks for sharing.
Good music moves you. I tear up listening to music too sometimes. This means you are a empathetic human being who has a soul. Music speaks to our souls. Not our minds. Only psychopaths dislike music.
Whoa! I just had UA-cam playing "random" videos in the background but as soon as this one started, it's like "what's that??" Peak is going to be a classic. I didn't recognize it when I heard it, but as soon as I saw the video it was like "YES!". The whole thing is just great. Love the piece. So much more than a jam.
This is a badass jam. One of the few I've come across on here that I'd actually put on to listen to and enjoy again, rather than just to analyse the sound of the instruments I'm looking at.
Thanks for sharing! Really nice to hear the Circuit and the Peak side by side. They have their own distinct qualities. The Peak sounds so refined, big and lush, wow. The Circuit has more of an approachable "toy" music box sound that takes its own place in the mix when orchestrated as you have here. Well done!
jonathan davis thanks man! I seen to get a lot of orbital comparisons! Which is high praise indeed cos they're amazing and I can't seem to escape being kinda old school! Appreciate the listen and the comment :)
thanks heaps for the support! super appreciated. check my channel for the video titled "how?" - i think it contains exactly what you're after :) lemme know what you think!
Just Briljant! The fact that it isn't over produced gives it all it charms. And last but not least, the musicality. It really has nothing to do with the synths. It's the chef!
Wow, walking through Novation Peak videos I found yours. Absolute amazing track and beautiful sound from the Peak. Well done, I'm sure, you've sell my this synth🙏👏 Thank you for this track and for sharing.
Really great work. Thanks for sharing. Any chance you could describe your signal path, I'm not certain I can figure out where the Strymons are in the chain. Mono Station to Timeline to BigSky to mixer maybe?
thx heaps for tuning in! of course - it's super simple - peak and digitakt go straight into the little behringer's 2 stereo channels, running their own fx, Circuit mono station goes into the timeline mono, comes out stereo, into the big sky and then, cos I'm out of stereo channels, into the tape return on the mixer (!). no eq on any of the channels cos the mixer doesn't have any. Then out the built in usb 2bus straight to audacity. quick spit n polish to the stereo file and that's it. there's a jack in the first/only mono channel but it's not plugged in at the other end and just turned down. I did have the 303 in there but didn't use it here. Hope that explains it!
So beautiful. It's great to see someone that focuses on catchy, beautiful melodies instead of throwing up random chords and trying to polish a turd with automation lol.
Just bought the peak i own a digitone and the digitakt and have the circuit plus i just received the synthstrom deluge and the sequencer is a beast! So i take it the circit is sequencing the peak and the digitakt is doing its own thing supplying the beats right?
Ehsan Gelsi wow nice flow on the track very impressive, that peak sounds actually good looked it up it pretty much stacks up to my prophet and my virus ti desktop and 40% or allot cheaper, I had the mono for a while but after this, peak will be added to my massive hardware collection, my wife will hate me she claims “I have issues with collecting” she doesn’t understand. Like the time I wanted to finish my Roland 80s collection 303 505 606 707 808 and the 909 she thought I was nuts. Ah 1st world problems.
can anyone explain to noobie like me why does he need strymon big sky and timeline for reverb and delay effects? Isnt Peak capable pullin’ that off on its own? or is that for the sounds coming out of Mono Station? That’s some hefty price tag on all that gear put together.
Very nice groove and set up!Would you be kind to explain the midi set up for the BS and TL? Audio wise,I understood the TL goes to the BS,the BS goes to the Mixer. But midi for those 2 beasts ,I don't get it on the screen. Thanks for the great job!
Thanks for the listen! No problem to explain - it's super simple MIDI wise. MIDI OUT of Digitakt sending notes and clock on channel 3 to Peak, then THRU Peak sending clock only to Circuit Mono Station, then THRU CMS sending clock only to the Timeline on a dotted 8th TAPDIV. No MIDI to the Big Sky. That's it! :)
do you think that a dj who knows how to handle a dj controller can work with your material because I feel lost there I don't understand anything about the functioning of this electron
This piece is really nicely building up. Then going through varying transformations keeping it interesting and fun from the first to the last second. This is totally ready for release. 👍🤖✋
How did he sequence the peak into the digitakt? By using the digitakt as a midi controller and playing the peak notes on the sequencer buttons? Did he use a midi controller to program, then get rid of it?
Just curious how you have this set up. Is the digitakt used exclusively for the drums and the other sequencer running through the Peak and reverb pedals? Wish I could see how you set that up. Very cool
I like what you got going with the peak, sounds real good, is the high pitched note with delay at the top of every other bar and the arp at 2:42 the circuit?
This is quite dope. Got some major Orbital vibes from it all. Been a fan of the Peak, but haven't gone for one just yet. Great track!
It's rare to listen to videos showing setups where we can see the machines being used in such a good way, nice trip thanks
This is powerful and beautiful. I wonder if, every time I stumble upon one of your performances, I comment the same thing. Cheers.
I´m so impressed listening the second half of this tune. Believe me or not...but there are some parts which makes me feel to cry. Thumbs up and thanks for sharing.
Beautiful comment
Good music moves you. I tear up listening to music too sometimes. This means you are a empathetic human being who has a soul. Music speaks to our souls. Not our minds. Only psychopaths dislike music.
That last track..... is just beautiful. Again totally uncluttered with multiple, melody loveliness. Spirit lifter! 🙈
Your videos are so pleasing to watch/listen to. Love your choice of sounds and gear!
Man I Love your Videos, always dynamic and groovy.
Cool mate! Could you please walk us through how you connected everything?
Revisiting this for the hundredth time... Ehsan, this is one of your best compositions ever. Really love the progression. Major props.
Whoa! I just had UA-cam playing "random" videos in the background but as soon as this one started, it's like "what's that??" Peak is going to be a classic. I didn't recognize it when I heard it, but as soon as I saw the video it was like "YES!".

This is a badass jam. One of the few I've come across on here that I'd actually put on to listen to and enjoy again, rather than just to analyse the sound of the instruments I'm looking at.
Matt Johnson haha thanks for the kind words mate and for stopping by.
Your musical style presents longer tunes best. I love that you aren't afraid to go EPIC!
Congrats on having one of the few "songs" that isn't just a loop with some filter sweeps. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The drone sound is fabulous also the pluck sound at 8:15. So cool.
Give this man a medal. Best sounds i've heard in a long time!
this is superb love the way you build and drop back away to the drums and synth lines
Well done!
Some truly glorious moments in this piece sir.
Love this setup!! It's like all these machines make so much sense together.
It's more of a he makes sense with any machines, but ya, I'm drooling over this setup. I have a peak but a digitact/tone/both is next.
Index LOL yep, I buy so much crap and bemoan the little issues. This is just raw talent at work. He’s gonna make anything sound good...
Making something complex look easy = true talent!!
Thank you for sharing 😎
Really great tracks, nice flow, well done!
Finally a vid where I can see the power of these three machines done right. That Strymons reverb is beautiful.
Hadn't even remotely considered getting a Peak until now, thanks to your video. Really lovely, lush stuff.
Thanks mate! Def check out the Peak, it's an awesome sounding instrument if you're after a big poly.
Man this is one seriously sick jam ! You really bring out the very best in all your gear and pul it all together with perfection. Awesome.
So good! Thanks for uploading it. Makes me feel the way I did listening to the Orbital of the 90's.
jonathan davis thanks man! I seen to get a lot of orbital comparisons! Which is high praise indeed cos they're amazing and I can't seem to escape being kinda old school! Appreciate the listen and the comment :)
Definitely sounds a bit Orbital with that modern synth sound.
i love orbital and your music is v good...
Fantastic production here. Thanks for sharing, Ehsan.
Ah this is the Signal set from 29 July. I became a huge fan from that. Nice!
Amazing composition, just bought the album!!
Thanks so much! I can eat for another day thanks to you :)
Where can I purchase the album?
the last track is an awesome and perfect closing. cheers mate. you did it.
Enjoyable. That shift of sound before 9:00 is a killer. Good melody, too
Great set with beautiful Peak patches. Bought it on BC.
Just purchased this, great EP. I would love a little more info about instrument selection, setup and control if possible!
thanks heaps for the support! super appreciated. check my channel for the video titled "how?" - i think it contains exactly what you're after :) lemme know what you think!
Sweeeet! Great composition, video and channel! Thanks for making the Peak part of it.
0:00 - 4:46 - 8:12 - 12:28 - 15:54 - 18:46
By 2:20 I was completely sold on this. Awesome job, Ehsan!
Epic stuff mate! Loving the fullness of sound that the new novation machines are making! Cracking set up.
Really digging this. So many lush sounds and great ideas. Nice journey, will defo listen again and again :)
Just Briljant! The fact that it isn't over produced gives it all it charms. And last but not least, the musicality. It really has nothing to do with the synths. It's the chef!
I like your style and sound design. Well constructed and lovely groove. Keep it up mate. Would be nice to hear some deep and dark stuff from you.
Thanks for tuning in mate!
Such good taste in sounds. Bass in particular. Also good FX.
love this track, mate...intro and then the peak ( no pun :) around the mid, crazy scatting beats...dynamic, man!
inspirational. i love how its arranged in movements almost. Very cool
This is really great work, lush expressive art. Thank you !!!
Wow, walking through Novation Peak videos I found yours. Absolute amazing track and beautiful sound from the Peak. Well done, I'm sure, you've sell my this synth🙏👏 Thank you for this track and for sharing.
This is a truly awesome jam. I purchased the Bandcamp album and look forward to more!
Really great work. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for taking the time to explain. Very helpful.
Such good progression through this song...
So beautiful. It's great to see someone that focuses on catchy, beautiful melodies instead of throwing up random chords and trying to polish a turd with automation lol.
Easily the best jam with these machines i have seen 🙏
This is some cinematic work.
Superrrr !!!!! Good sounds, good compo, great sequencing!
I have discovered my favorite music here .You sounds like the one and only .
Sounds huge. Bravo.
Impressive set. Rather inspiring. You managed to always keep me engaged.
Some monumental sounds in here!
Just bought the peak i own a digitone and the digitakt and have the circuit plus i just received the synthstrom deluge and the sequencer is a beast! So i take it the circit is sequencing the peak and the digitakt is doing its own thing supplying the beats right?
Nathan C nice setup! Digitakt is sequencing the peak here, and the circuit sequences itself :) thx for visiting!
Sweet! I have most of this gear. Enjoying your jam with it.
Wow that sounds absolutely MASSIVE. Beautiful track - keep em coming :)
I recorded this set into an album for fun - please check it out: ehsangelsi.bandcamp.com/album/35-winters
Just bought it in FLAC, whoop. Stop posting these videos you're activating my GAS!

Huge hats off..Quality stuff. Keep doing what your doing.
I fallen in love with your project:)

I remember this live! Great track
Feeling this. License it for commercial use and make a mint.
That Peak, with its string fanfare sound, is so clean 80' but there's a Swoosh glimmer like filter that grits it up so damn nice 😉👌
smooth! nice vibes, those novations sound awesoming trough the fx u got!
Congratulations! Reeeally beatifull!
Very nice jam!. I like the Album Cover too.
What mixer are you using? I'm looking for a small one that can turn the mono signal into stereo and combine my mono station with my octatrack.
Alex DiPo the smallest cheapest thing ever, a Behringer 502. Check out my How? Video for a detailed breakdown if you like :)
Ehsan Gelsi Oh nice, I'll watch it thanks.
this is really enjoyable to listen to
Very nice groove and set up!Would you be kind to explain the midi set up for the BS and TL?

the more vids of the Peak I see.. the higher it is on my wishlist :)
Very good setup
kinda sounds like Hot Chip, very well done!
This piece is really nicely building up. Then going through varying transformations keeping it interesting and fun from the first to the last second. This is totally ready for release.

This was awesome man, congratss!!
WONDEROUSLY AMAZING SEQUENCING 🤯🤯😲😉🚀🚀JAFFA
Muy bien combinado todo, efectos, ritmos, sonido... Me suscribo a tu canal. Tienes piezas muy interesantes.
How did he sequence the peak into the digitakt? By using the digitakt as a midi controller and playing the peak notes on the sequencer buttons? Did he use a midi controller to program, then get rid of it?
Indeed yes, he played everything in using a midi controller 🙃. Didn't get rid of it, it's off to the side.
absolutely awesome!!
absolutely mindblowing.
Wow nice rig. Sounds excellent!
Such a great demo!
Thanks heaps fr stopping by!
Love this kind of sound. Great work :)
Got some serious talent going on there 👍
Holy sh............ this is fantastic. Goose bumps all over
Brilliant! Very cool. Well Done!
Just curious how you have this set up. Is the digitakt used exclusively for the drums and the other sequencer running through the Peak and reverb pedals? Wish I could see how you set that up. Very cool
Hey mate, check the video titled How? On my channel and all will be revealed :)

Very cool jam
This was beatiful! BoC feeling at first, then more synth-pop. Awesome track man!
I like what you got going with the peak, sounds real good, is the high pitched note with delay at the top of every other bar and the arp at 2:42 the circuit?
JVMC indeed it is mate :)
