WRONG! Your Y-Δ formula cannot be correct, because numerator and divisor both have the dimension of Ohm. Therefore that quotient is dimensionless, and it should have dimension Ohm.

The opposite transformation is
a*b/(a+b+c), a*c/(a+b+c),
b*c/(a+b+c)
