Hi Kyle. I have Vcarve Pro 11,5 on my desktop at work and my laptop at home. I can't get the one on my laptop to start in metric as default, and I keep forgetting to check as the one at work does, so halfway through my setup I realize I'm in imperial. Any ideas?
You should become an Instructor for Vectric as well. I took the boot camp course - very well done. I've been learning my CNC and Aspire for a little over two years. Is it possible to only enroll in specific lessons? I am primarily interested in 3d design and rotary design (my machine came with a turning axis built in).
Sorry Steve, I should have made that more clear. You only have to do that once to change the default program that opens your CRV files. After that, V11.5 will become your default program that opens the CRV files. You might not even have to do it at all because sometimes it gets switched automatically.

Having many files saved in V-11 ...... must I right click EACH one to change default opening to V-11.5?

Good info Kyle. Is there any reason to keep 11.0 or could you uninstall it with out harming anything?
You can uninstall it without harming anything but I personally like to keep it just in case there are bugs in the new update.
