- On this week's episode I'm installing a front lip on my 10th gen 2019 Accord 2.0 Touring. Also put on some Verde V20 Insignia Wheels with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 Tires.
Am fixing the audio cutout toward the end of the video in one clip, edit should be up shortly.

Wheel specs are 20 x 9 +38 up front. 20 x 9 + 30 in the rear.
Tires are 255 35 20.
Cheapest place I found the lip is listed below, however I bought from Hi Rev before discovering I could have bought it here cheaper. In full candor I'm not sponsored by anyone and can't vouch for this ebay seller. I can vouch that I got a good part from hi Rev and had no issues. You can find this lip from numerous sellers eBay or HI Rev, it is the same part.
If you buy from China like I have for numerous parts in lieu of the coronavirus it's taking 6-8 weeks to receive product.

Your Accord looks amazing. You referenced 350 hp. Did you go with Hondata or K Tuner and what influenced your decision?
Went with ktuner as it seemed to be a little more configurable but you can't go wrong with either. Really about preference and in my case was able to get ktuner cheaper.

as far as tires you should have just added a little camber when the original indy 500 tires.

It only takes 10 minutes to pull the bumper and makes it way easier to mount.

I have a 2020 Honda Accord sport with 19 inch rims and I’m not to familiar with rim specs and how everything works so I’m wondering if I get 20 inch rims and new tires do I need to do anything else besides get them mounted and balanced on my car? I just don’t want it to mess up my suspension or anything so if there’s anything else I need to do I thought I’d ask someone who knows what there talking about.

I purchased a 2020 pearl white accord 2months ago. Definitely going to tint windows, and upgrade wheels once the weather warms up. Thinking 18s or 19s, MAYBE 20s. and dont want to fk with the suspension, or rolling fenders.unless I can lower the stock. And really confused on offset, tire size, etc....☠💨💨💨💨💨💨
Research like crazy. To get a flush fit have to have the perfect off set, wheel and tire size. I unfortunately have learned from the school of hard knocks.

Hi Nick wanted to ask you with your front lip that’s like my Akasaka I put the center lip on finally today I had the side lips on for a month My question is did you go with machine screws or sheet metal screws which is what I kept going back and forth over I know it will realease with screws if it caught on something but machine bolts I risk tearing the stock bumper Any advice is much appreciated as my biggest concern is will the screws hold I did use extras Please let me know your thoughts Thanx Nick
I used truss screws because they are flanged and have worked great on body panels in the past. No washers needed. If it rips off would likely be on the bottom and marginal to the bumper regardless. Drive careful with it.
Hi there! I am planning to use the same tyre/wheel set up you have at the front all the way around in my 2.0. How was the car lowered, coils or lowering springs? If lowering springs, which ones? I appreciate your answers!

Thanks! Bought a kit on ebay and stuck it on. Intake won't add much for gains will give a little bit of sound.

Did you lower the car? if so how did the ride change? is it rougher and when you hit a pothole does it BANG! .. it's one thing I hate when I lowered mine.. the comfortable ride was gone
It's lowered 1" on a prokit, hasn't added much nvh. Regardless of ride height potholes never feel good.

I've read that there are sound resonators in the stock wheels. Did you have these reinstalled on your aftermarket wheels? If not did you hear any difference in the tire noise? Love how your whip looks. I have the 18' EX-L. I'm slowly getting there with my mods.
New tires are pretty quiet, no complaints.

Best lip kit hands down. Paint always seems a little off but yours looks pretty spot on. (Have to sand and repaint mine in crystal black pearl!)
Am happy with the paint match on the lip for sure.

Can't hurt, I was not a big fan of the touring wheels preferred the sport wheels over them which is why I swapped them out

I wrapped the roof, had to pay someone to do it. Have not been good at wrapping big surfaces. Congrats on the hybrid.

I'm reallh happy with it from a quality stand point but I wouldn't say it's ultra sturdy. I drive carefully and have had no issues but a good curb scrape or speed bump would dislodge it. Wish it had some higher screw in points.

I did some research on the seller and it doesn’t seem that they are rated very well on eBay they have a 96% positive feedback. Did you have any issues with them? Did your lip arrive with any issues?
I actually bought from hi Rev but found this lip cheaper after the fact and wish I had bought elsewhere. Can't vouch for thr seller in the ebay link will update my description to mention that. I have bought a few parts for the accord from China. In lieu of the coronavirus it is taken 6-8 weeks for something to get here haven't had any issues with anything I've bought from china. As long as you are not in a rush you can save money,if it shows up damaged and you use your credit card you should be protected.

Looks absolutely amazing. I have the same car... and if you were my neighbor(I’m in California) I would only ask you for advice. Your build(as far as the look of the car goes) is close to what I want for my car. The engine mods are to challenging for someone like me who loves cars, but doesn’t really know much about engines and how they work... hence the “if you were my neighbor” comment. I really would love to do all the engine mods you’ve done... especially the turbo swap. Great stuff man!!

I'm looking to go +35 on a 19x 8.5 wheels being lowered on eibach 1.8 inch all around but trying to avoid fender rolling. Any opinions?
What size tires will you be running?

@@five-bu6hs I think on a 235 you would be OK but given your dropped an additional inch would research to be certain. On a pro kit you could go up to a 245 with that setup.

Depends on width on 9 inch wide that is that is about the max you can do up front without rolling fenders.

It's possible but likely a lot easier with the bumper off.

Hey man, I'm currently in the process of finding a proper suspension and wheel/tire setup. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to these things and after doing some basic research, I found that most people go with coil overs (BC for example), any reason you didn't? Instead you went with eibach springs? Also as for the wheel size, why 20s? I know they look appealing but after all I've read, they can become a worse ride, especially with pot holes etc. And with tires, the overall setup can be heavier too right? I've seen people recommend staying at 19s or even going down to 18s. I would very much love to get 20s but afraid of the cons vs benefits. Also what did you mean that you can no longer rotate wheels after getting your current setup? I plan on running a modified car just like yours and I just want to want to make sure I can balance comfort and performance at the suspension/wheel/tires. Im still very much on the fence about tire sizes and wheels unfortunately. Do you have any other suggests for people like me? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to learn and get the most of out my touring as well. Thank you for all the informative videos you've posted.

You don't have to install the weather stripping, it's optional.
