I love these kind of films they have suspense , thriller, history amazing costumes design, great cast looking forward this real adult entertainment
Great movie. No wonder Hollywood wouldn't pick it up.
I saw it it was great.
The trailer is kind of boring. The movie is excellent, especially since it is a true story. It is difficult to capture the true horror of millions of people being starved to death, but they do show it on a local level.
Everybody must watch this film! Europe was blind at that time, and it's blind now! Ukraine hasn't got war jets and rockets to fight this evil, thousands innocent die and the world sees nothing!
I want to see this one, looks very good.
Finally, some movie about socialist atrocities... All I find is nationalsocialist ones, even when socialists perpetrated way more atrocities! Thanks.

depenes on whose theories you rely on. for marx & lenin, socialism was a mediating stage in human history that would require the organization of soviets that would prepare the way for a more grandly operated democratic society. of course, this bolshevik 'dictatorship' in russia was coopted and turned into a bureaucratic tyranny. but, no, i wouldn't say it was intended as such. unless you think defeating tsarist russia was authoritarian. which i suppose you could say, but it was also a bit like fighting fire with fire. @@Octovisuals
Boring movie.
There were parts that were slow but the story is so relevant today. Especially the NY Times cover up and the unity between politicians to keep it secret so they could continue 'trade'

I watched this movie at a festival screening last year and there were some parts that i liked but overall i thought it was boring. Simple as that. Not everyone that didn't like some movie is a someone that you can put under an umbrella insult term.
