The Galaxy models are different designs and variants but this Airmaster fan is from Australia produced in the late 1970's to early 1980's. Thankfully yours is in good condition there's quite a few I have seen that are not
@@fanaticalfans No problem! I just bought a vintage Limit 10" desk fan like yours. Mines also in amazing shape, No paint loss still shows a bit of chrome except I will need to polish my grills and it runs well to.

I think so yes, I know of very similar models by Galaxy/Sears that have the same switchgear and base design etc. Very sturdy
