    Three ques for u
    1) Can u give urdu name for Ganhaar? Are these amaranth seeds?
    2) How to use it in Green tea? Do we add it in the qehwa 'Rus' along milk or later when tea is ready?
    3) Or is it served separately in it's powder form like panjeeri

      1: I myself dont know its urdu name but yes it's called amaranth seeds in English...I have mentioned that in my video.
      2: Its not mixed with tea or rus at any stage...
      3: no not like pinjeeri...when ready..u can add 1-2 tea spoons in your empty cup and pour tea in your cup...mix a little bit n enjoy...it enhances the taste of tea to next level

      It's called Amaranth in English ..its high in fiber and gluten free...it has very health benefits including it lowers cholesterol. Helps in weight loss..reducing inflammation and other benefits as well
