I tried your recipe but yogurt got curdled. Though to avoid that I mixed onion barista with the curd but still I couldn't save it. Can you suggest how can I avoid this ?
cook curd on high flame always , stir curd continuously till it will start boiling. Note : 1.Before frying curd whisk very well . 2.Never add curd into hot cooking pot/pan . 3.Never use oil while cooking curd . 4 . To prevent yogurt from curdling during cooking ,you can add egg/starch (roasted besan ,aata )to the curd/yogurt b4 cooking ,for one cup of curd use 1 tablespoons of starch ,and use one egg for one kg of curd . Hope these tips will help you ❣️
sorry mam but that came out of frustration.. i tried ur way but after continous stirring dahi fatt hww gya.. and i am an expert in making kadi ao how can i fail in it.. we follow so that we can try kashmiri authentic recipies.. plz tell some hack for avoiding this thing..sorry again.. if it hurt u

Rite way to clean Mashroom.. bahout se logo ko sahi tarika nahi pata ki Mashroom saaf kese karte hain .. *Mashroom apne aap main ek Fungus hai so isko hamesha Garam Kholte Pani main daal ke saaf karna chahiye same like video*
