Sorry for such a late reply lol. It's nothing more than a flat bungee strap from Menards and a couple short pieces of canvas strips. I sewed the the canvas strips onto the ends of the bungee and then I used gorilla glue to attach the other ends of the canvas strips to the ball on each side
It's harder to receive cause the momentum they give to the ball is unusual. Plus they have more range as to what kind of shot they wanna do. (It's really exquisite.)
I used a system of small pipes on an angle up in the floor joists. The string she pulls is attach to another string that gets pulled up out of the way of the ball so it rolls down the pipes and falls into the padded arms. The arms are just tubular J shaped wall hangers that are covered by a short piece of pool noodle styrofoam
