+Rohan Seth They take a lot of research and grow to a large size. So many dogs end up on the streets because of impulsive buying due to their "cuteness" but people need to remember these are animals- not objects and they are high maintenance dogs. If they are not cared for correctly because of impulsive buying and no research, they will suffer. I do hope- if your lifestyle is suited- after a lot of research, you are able to have a loving loyal friend. (:

I have an adopted lab. But I DO agree with you. Samoyeds are very high maintenance dogs and are not meant for every animal lover or dog owner. That's one of the reasons why I don't want to go for these anymore and the huskies (cause of the weather in my country). Wish I could though :(
Ah, that's a shame- they are beautiful and see why people fall for them but you made the right choice! And by the way, Labradors are awesome- they are the breed with he highest desire to please they're owner!

Reminds me my old dog Snuggles. I had her since she was 8 weeks old until she was 14 years old. I had to put her down because of hip dysplasia. She was the best dog. I miss her. Thanks for sharing.
