My favorites gotta be the Bison one due to how the modder(s) went the extra mile to work his actual moveset into the game.
I kinda wish for Yoshimitsu to have a Darth Vader skin mod.

gotta be honest with ya, the Tekken 4 2P mod kinda looked like the Tekken 1 Yoshimitsu
I wish we have more Baki and Kengan characters, with enough mods we could recreate some of the fights
I can already see which Tekken characters might fit the Kengan ones.

Anna was THE perfect choice for Bayonetta
Zafina moveset and mannerisms wise makes a lot more sense for Bayo
I personally think lili would have been because of all the acrobatic stuff she be doing but Anna also makes sense

That Bayonetta mod is one of the two reasons I came back to Anna (the other one was that when I fired up the game after more than a year her combos were the only ones I somewhat remembered and the mod just confirmed the choice). :D
The king concept outfit is so cool. I'd love more concept art outfits modded in. Jin has a different 2p outfit in the prototype of tekken 3. A mod re creating that would be sick.

Tsunade Mod, reminds me that the first time I met Tsunade in Naruto when I was a kid, I automatically thought about Nina (In that time I only played Tekken 3).
