You can’t do exercises on Jupiter because it has no surface. You would sink down to the middle of the planet and be crushed instantly by immense pressure, but that’s after suffocating from lack of oxygen and presence of noxious chemicals in the atmosphere.

You could do full body 3x but that would be a lot of volume for just one day. I would go for ppl one time and do it with great intensity to make up for the lack of volume. Edit: Or you could mix a bit for example: Push Pull, Legs Push, Pull Legs
you could do fullbody 3x or ppl1x if u do ppl once a week you'll have to up the intensity by a LOT and do low volume so if u can recover from that super high intensity go for it if u cant do fullbody 3x
If you're already past the beginner gains stage, perhaps Mike Mentzer might be good for your plan. It will work you to complete failure, and you'll need a couple days in-between.

5 years ago when i was 4 years in lifting i finally started eating enough. I wasnt Even eating 3 means a day all throughout highschool. All i had to do was eat proteín every meal and have atleast 3 meals a day i'm 196 and i'm certain i never ate over 100 grams of proteín

If you: Train very hard, reaching failure in almost every set, train consistently, eat right by prioritizing protein and either bulking or cutting depending on your goals, and have 8 hours of QUALITY sleep there is no way you are not getting bigger and stronger. It's simple logic: Your muscles get damaged with intensity training, you give them the right materials to recover (good food) and the time to do so (Proper rest) and you get strong

I don't think your body adapting to bench is anything but bro science - As long as you train close to failure and use progressive overload your muscle is still going to grow no matter if you hit the same exercise three times or three hundred

Low to High or High to Low cable flyes
Overhead press with correct form works the upper chest and is one of the big compound lifts
