Up with the good, down with the bad. Easier to remember this way. Thank you @MGHOrthopaedics.

Thanks! I've been using crutches for two days now, I'm having little problem going down, but I couldn't quite remember how to go up. This will help. "Down with the bad, up with the good." I just gotta remember that :)

Trying to figure this sequence out from a book is nothing less than torturous. I appreciate the time you guys took to explain this visually. This video is what you guys call "Wicked Pissah!" No disrespect, thumbs way up!

The steps in this video look so low. My stair case is tall/high and I'm petite. I have to walk sideways up the stairs.

Minute and a half video. I wouldn't even click on the 6 Minute videos. Seems pretty simple.

Sorry totally different when you have one leg you can't use, you can clearly see she's using both feet.

I studied TTWB or touch down means 0% of weight on that leg and only toe will be rested on the ground
Now, Can u enlighten me how could possible TTWB on the stairs..........? especially while stepping down

This is trash, she’s still touching the ground with her bad leg. I just tried and fell down the stairs so thank you very much. Now I have two bad legs.

It says right in the video description partial or touchdown weight bearing. That means you can bear some weight on the injured leg. It says it right in the title.

My knee isn't even slightly stable. I can't support my weight at all on my left knee. In fact I can't even straighten my leg out. How in the world am I supposed to get down the stairs?!?!?!

Iona Dunn, I dislocated my knee the other day and I’m finding it easy to get downstairs if I get someone else to hold my left crutch while I hang on to the rail with my right. Hope that helps!

I have mencicus in my left knee right now......I manage to get on the floor and go down on my bum. I have some1 take my crutches to the bottom of the stairs for me.
