    This is great! In a yin class would you advise the same thing?

      especially for Yin as you need to be well supported in the poses that are held longer

      That really depends on how your body reacts to it (which depends on a number of factors, general health, fitness levels etc). I would start with about 5 repetitions to begin with and then see how you feel after and the next day. Both of them are great exercises for kyphoscoliotic spines! You can slowly build it up if it feels good!

    Hi what if i got scoliosis 20% + khyphosis because of the scoliosis on one side of my back, what should i do to make khyphosis vetter im 24 years old

      poses like downward dog are great! Anything to lengthen the spine will take out the rotation which is part of it!
