That really depends on how your body reacts to it (which depends on a number of factors, general health, fitness levels etc). I would start with about 5 repetitions to begin with and then see how you feel after and the next day. Both of them are great exercises for kyphoscoliotic spines! You can slowly build it up if it feels good!

poses like downward dog are great! Anything to lengthen the spine will take out the rotation which is part of it!
