As a VERY LING TIME KAYAK FISHERMEN I AGREE WITH MOST OF THIS VIDEO.U CAN GET THE FIRST THREE FOR UNDER 1400 BUCKS IF THATS TO MUCH FOR U THEN U SIMPLY NEED TO FIGURE ANOTHER HOBBY CAUSE THATS CHEAP FOR SOMETHINGS GOING TO GET U IN GREAT PLACES
That's a pretty shitty attitude to have for people just trying to learn and get into the fishing world. Spending money like that to find out they don't like it isn't easy. I guess if your whole goal is to gate keep people who are new, then keep up the negatively.
Well you sure didn't do your research before establishing this list. Pricing vs. features and longevity all should be considerations. Pelican offer low pricepoint but aren't a long lifespan product due to the cheap thermoformed construction. The OT PDL is a great pedal drive but is getting to be a bit of an old design in the category. Would be insightful to follow some brands that aren't all about the big box retail.

Hull weight is a very big deal if tranporting a kayak on a roof rack. The Perception Pro at 64 lbs is one of the lightest pedal kayaks on the market.

The SeaStream 120pd is a great budget friendly peddle kayak for getting in the water

Do not listen to this video, these are entry low-budget kayaks. Nowhere near the best out there.

Dude, these are no where near “ the best”, these are at the very best entry level kayaks. The old town pdl is by far the best one in this “ review”.
