New shirt is needed for khmer New Year in Siem Reap. You need hotel reservation for Siem Reap during very crowded festivities. Fruit must be eaten not wearing...
Reminds me of the guy cleaning his father's stuff out when he died, and found a receipt for his shoes to be mended dated 1958. He goes to the shop out of curiosity and they tell him they'll be ready next Thursday 😂
Love the Fruit to Shirt ratio logic. I, too, bring a pattern with me. Why do they call it the Russian Market?- I didn't see any Russians. Yes, good addition to the channel, (I would go with long sleeves for more sun protection but, you do you, right?). Thanks
Lookin' Good Ryan! I reckon you should keep the original shirt for the next time that you get one made. (Else if you take the pineapple shirt the tolerances might gradually shift). I think that it's worth having it made because it's from a pattern that suits you. The bobbling, quality etc all seemed to be fabric based? Presumably spending more time choosing fabric will make the cost of the seamstress all the more worth it? Next up, Take Sarah to pick her fabric to have a dress or other outfit made up.
Thanks. I like the idea of the dress too. Next time I'll shop around for the fabric longer - maybe go to a different market. I think there are more options in Central market or BKK market.

6:35 13$ is a bit overpriced as a Cambodian myself. Suitable price is 10$ for a shirt which is lower than trouser; next time negotiate for that or you may want to pay more for her service as you like.
@@itchyfeetonthecheap you did. That's where it was. Amazing. The double charge, up front, and don't even begin the work until the day you're supposed to deliver.
I think so too. Not so much for the fabric, but the $13 to make it. That being said, it's still a good deal. Next time I'll go to the more local market. The Ratssian market has tourist prices.
Stop it! I was literally yesterday thinking I want to clone my existing t-shirt. Will be moving over there next week ;) Such glad tidings, Ryan.
Great choice on design and great shirt. I'd love to have some custom shirts made. It'll mean much more than store bought
I have never been fruit shirt shopping before but now I feel prepared!! Cheers
A cheap tacky shirt covered in fruit is my favorite Cambodia souvenir.
That shirt fits the Summer season perfectly 😍😍
Itchy Feet continues to provide good advice. A very good series.
Nice to see the new shirt, good selection.
The new shirt looks good!
That color looks nice on you Ryan!
Oh thats the blue pineapple shirt, good choice actually !
Hey Ryan love your videos. Have any advice for staying thin?
Don't snack, don't eat processed foods, exercise. 🤷♂️
If you want, Taylor made clothes Vietnam is a place to go
Fun Video 😊

I'm literally on my way there now. Hotel is booked. Quick dry shirts are packed.
Pineapples are always the right choice.
Good KNY choice of shirt
Haha the shirt looks great
Hello almost happy Khmer new year wish you get luck❤
I really like your choice of fabric !! The purple one was nice too. Pineaple for the win.

😛😂 I will try that on my next visit to Cambodia, thanks Ryan for the video!

I think there use to be a lot of Russians in Phnom Penh and that was the area they hung out. They sell a lot of winter clothing there too.

@@mylifethaidiy7045 Maybe Orussey?
@@itchyfeetonthecheap Your right Ryan. I just checked with him and he said "Orussey Market!"

Thanks for the advice!
Soo cool brother
Love ur shirt, Ryan
I would love to buy more Apple "Thai Silk" (actually rayon) shirts. Used to get them in Pattaya but gave up travel after Covid.
She didn't touch that fabric until the day you came in. That's a one day shirt sir.
That's what I was thinking too. In fact, I think I saw the fabric sitting in a pile the first time I went in to pick it up.

Great deal for a custom made shirt at the Rats-Sian market. Cheers!
Any places to get sandals or flip flops made (Size12 US)?
Probably can make them in the shoemaker area... Check the street that runs along the southside of the genocide museum.
I think there is a corresponding cocktail that goes with that shirt.
I should have a shirt made to match all my favorite cocktails.
It could use a greater fruit to shirt ratio in my opinion.
I agree. So much wasted space. You could fit at least 50% more fruit.
When you need to announce your swinger status in style 🍍😄
Is there a variety of fabric, or is it all mostly cotton?
Mostly cotton, but you can find silk for a decent price too.
Sad you didn't buy the banana pants
Ironically the thumbnail design would actually be a great looking shirt
That's a Ryan original. I'm going to start my own clothing line.
going fruity when U could have been Rockin' that fresh Cheetah print ?
I want a durian shirt
Did your boyfriend give you that shirt?
I am sorry to say, but I believe you were clearly overcharged.

🤣🤣🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍
All this clothes is made in China
The shirt for 3 was the better choice, but the rat wrecked your common sense
