Honestly, Rob absolutely is the next huge name on the roads. The performances this guys been putting out are staggering. Oliver's Mount was an epic one for him this year too. Stay safe Rob!
As a ex MGP competitor and now frequent hospital visitor due to old injuries, Ive been trying to tell riders interested in doing the best circuit in the world, what it actually looks and feels like. This is exactly it. I tell people the most important muscle to train is all of the eye muscles. You can see the bumps and jolts clearly in this video, add 10% for eye movement and its very realistic. Great job Rob and all involved. Good luck. Cheers.
Absolutely mental. I've seen onboards of a lap before, but this one really brings home the insane speed they achieve while speeding past stone walls. First time I've actually sat there watching with clenched buttocks. Honestly, the amount of respect for those guys is impossible to convey in words here.
Wow, wow, wow, wow. My God, I never get tired of watching on-board videos of IOM. And never not get seriously scared. One of the best videos ever. Thank you. Stay safe. 👏👏👏👏👏
Holy fucken shit. You'd think the 750 will be way slower but this almost feels as fast as Hicky was during the TT. Still unbelievable, what these guys do on their bikes there!
Wow, that is epic no matter how many times I see it. Huge kudos to Rob and everyone that races the MGP & TT you are superhero’s in my book 👍🏻 Stay safe everyone 😘
thanks for posting massive respect, you are living the dream, most would give a gonad to have a go, i'd be happy with anything less than 37.75 minutes. out of interest how much of bike is stock from back the day and is anything up to date like tyres, suspension, conrods, gears ??
Give them a chance to get there. It's early yet. But have you tried to book a ferry and some accommodation? Rooms only become available when the existing visitors die from old age! (This from someone who decided to miss the TT in 2009 and has regretted it ever since.)

Must be ackward having the spare battery for your black & decker fitted to the top yoke 😉😉 Very interesting lap though, Hate to think how much my head moved around on the slideys around there,

Possibly the best on board I've ever seen of IOM TT

I'm there with ya' on the old injuries..raced in the late 80's early 90's, hurts every day.
This conveys the reality of the speed of a fast lap better than any video I've seen.
Way to go Rob!!! The tune in that machine looks spot on.

Brilliant Rob The best Hope to see you at Olivers Mount next month
Absolutely nuts, these lads/lassies and nothing but my praise👍

My God, I never get tired of watching on-board videos of IOM. And never not get seriously scared.

Rob loved that, the rev counter at Ballacrye was great, see you knocking about.
Holy fucken shit. You'd think the 750 will be way slower but this almost feels as fast as Hicky was during the TT. Still unbelievable, what these guys do on their bikes there!
I thought the same thing but then realized this lap is around 18:40, and Hicky’s record is 16:36!! More than 2 minutes faster 🤯🤯
@@Kin0bii 135hp verses 230hp
Changeable conditions very damp in places…utmost respect and great footage…Stay safe everyone.

Fantastic Rob. Nearly as quick as your dad. Lol. Bless you, Rob.
I think that is probably the best course video you could watch, there are quite a few, but Robs is brill
Another beautiful onboard for my collection… a shame that the wind is louder than the bike but still good
great footage !
One hell of top jockey Rob Hodson and friend .
Words cannot express just amazing ly daredevil
Best On-Board I've seen. And not often you can get a somewhat fly-free screen for most of the lap..
Great video, amazing speed😳👍
I just can’t fathom the speed here😮. My brain can’t keep up just watching 😂. Thanks for the vid
Absolutely fantastic! 👌👌🏍🏍
That's brutal !

This is the Isle of man TT Ride on the edge 4 ?? Really nice graphycs and real physics!!! Wonderfull!!❤
Unbelievable! 😮🫣😟😳😲😮😧😮💨👍👏👌
Why are there so few spectators in the Manx GP?It's the same track as the IOM TT wich each year have huge crowds.
Give them a chance to get there. It's early yet.
But have you tried to book a ferry and some accommodation? Rooms only become available when the existing visitors die from old age! (This from someone who decided to miss the TT in 2009 and has regretted it ever since.)
A realistic view on how fast the race actually goes x
Incredible 😮❤
Insano! 🇧🇷
awesome
What I like is the sound...you get the raw wind noise and engine noise..this is what its like.
Just a question, how was a chin cam permitted at this event on track? Helmet mounted cameras are usually prohibited?
Hi Rob daz and bradders/bladders just checking in......!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Heros one and all super human good luck
Look at em go

So much time nailed hard into the redline, how on earth does the engine cope with that. Also so much traffic to contend with, scary stuff.
Not once did I notice use of indicators. Shocking road craft.
Needs a wheelbarrow to carry those balls around! 😮
Wow
proper wiganer rob
👊🏻✊🏻👍🏻
Too much wind noise!!!
Over the bike/engine music!
Put foam ball on that mike!
