I usually not that picky with my 5 star reads because I love a lot of books but y’all tell you some of my 5 star reads, the Spanish love deception, the love hypothesis, the hating game, a court of thorns and roses, a court of mist and fury, six of crows, the unhoneymonners, to love Jason Thorne, and the fine print.
I love you guys you always have me cracking up😂 “I gave it a 4.75 bc I’m actually very annoying” 😂 “I am her, don’t ask me her name I don’t remember” LOLLLL
I put a hold on Fourth Wing when it was chosen for the book club, and it finally came available for me today so hopefully I will love it as much as others have.
This makes me so excited for when I'll finally start reading throne of glass and acotar series!! - am in middle of reading another very long series rn though but soon enough I'll get to it!! - also love you gave Scythe series the love it deserves also Song of Achilles man Madeline Miller is such an amazing and beautiful writer.
Hi, congratulations on your reviews. I have always followed your recommendations. I was truly impressed by the beauty of "Motion Detection," a thriller book that I stumbled upon by chance on Amz. The cover intrigued me, it's different from the usual, and I highly recommend it to you!
I have read 9 books out of this list. Idk how to rate any longer because some feel too harsh or too easy. Some books are automatic five stars; even they make me question in the future lol. Loved this video, kinda wish there will be a 24 hour readathon or one book a day for a week video. I think it will be fun and helps the tbr, but def it’s according to your comfort and health etc❤❤❤❤
This was so much fun! I feel like I'm the opposite and that most my books would go into the 'wasn't picky enough' category haha! It's so hard to rate books though - if you guys change your rating system I would love to hear about what you do because I could use a refresh on mine as well! Some of my very favorite faves are the Beartown series, The War That Saved My Life series, Sea of Tranquility, and then a couple non fictions: Never Cry Wolf by Farley Mowat, Berserk: My Voyage to the Antarctic in a Twenty-Seven-Foot Sailboat by David Mercy, and Endurance by Alfred Lansing.
Also just want to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you two do all your videos together. It is such a fun setup - love how your reading tastes are both vastly different yet have a lot of overlap. Your videos are always so dynamic and just have more natural energy than most videos with one person talking to camera do 🙂
Can’t wait to hear your thoughts. I really loved Weyward, I could relate to one of the characters the one in modern time. I wanted more on violet story and I was really heart felt. This book has trigger warnings. I liked one quote so much that I even wrote it down but I know this book it’s not for everyone.

I rate a lot of books 5 stars. The one book that really stood out and could not put down was Love and Other words, fourth wing and Weyward.
Weyward is on my tbr!!

It's so wild seeing other people's 5 star lists - the only book on this list that is a 5 for me is Evelyn Hugo. And Fourth Wing? Hated it.
I DNF Evelyn Hugo! I couldn't get into it.
Yess! Love to hear everyone’s thoughts and how opinions differ with each book!
That Alot of 5 stars reads
I don't think you guys are being too picky. If you have even the slightest qualm about a book, I don't think it deserves a 5 star, in my opinion.
Exactly!! 😭🤣
I dont think I’ve ever heard any bad reviews on The MindF series, so tempted to get it🫶🏼
It has some very heavy topics and dark scenes but the storyline is so good 😭 let us know if you end up reading it!
I love you guys you always have me cracking up😂
