No, I agree. He walks away because he’s afraid of blowing up. He has never been taught to confront things healthily. He can’t name what he’s feeling, I don’t think he had yet learned the impact of healthy communication. When mom blew up and came back out, he did good at letting all the words out and they had the first moment on the show of truly communicating with each other. I’m hoping it wasn’t a narcissistic type of “okay now I’ll pretend to try since you’re this upset,” I hope he really saw how the communication resolved the moment and learned from that. It’s not our fault when we’re raised by narcissists and aren’t given the right tools for life. But it becomes our fault when we’re faced with the opportunity to change that and ignore it.
I think he felt backed into a corner - a corner he didn't even want to be in but couldn't find a way out of. We could all see the joy he and his wife felt when they could get back as a team.
What's sad is that the dad thinks everything is a damn joke then the kids won't take him seriously at all and the poor mom would be frustrated and spaced out bc of that but in the end I'm happy for them as well because they improved so much ❤❤❤❤❤ god bless 🙏🙌 this amazing family
Mom turned her son into what I call a "husband son" and placed responsibilities on him that should have been for the husband. This is the cause of their break down. She made the son an adult in the marriage and of course this would cause the husband to try and put the son in his place.
This ends in resentment of the parent and the oldest child either moving far far far away and rarely coming home or the oldest child coming into that role and never leaving home.

The oldest boy changes touched me so deeply. He was unhappy.
That dad needs to do better for his family like what is going on
He doesn’t care. He tricked that woman into having 4 kids with him and she was dumb enough to keep spreading for the clown.
Mitch: She talks to me like I'm one of the children!
Jo: Because you act like one.
Mitch: Homework? We're not in high school! 😂
Jo: Sorry? As far as I'm concerned, you're learning from me. I love Jo ❤
Did anyone else feel the little brother was upset because he looks up to his older brother and was sad/angry because his brother was mean and made fun of him? It just seemed that way to me. Would have liked seeing more about the brother relationship. Sweet family and SO brave to go on TV with all this dysfunction. Mucho respect!
This mom was truly honest with everything. Beautiful job ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I thank God they got the help they needed because we DON'T need families torn apart because one person keeps trying until they have had enough.
Men please 🙏 stop depriving your sons of love (hugs, affirmations) because yes they will be men one day but men need love too. It doesn’t make you less of man or weak to love or show affection to your family. Love makes you stronger! I’m happy that this young man realized how much his family needed him, and that his wife was working with him to do so. Marriage is hard work😅 but that’s what they signed up for. May God bless their family 😊
You can’t trust a little child doing homework in her room!
Children need guidance….. period!
0:24 jo roasting the dad😂😂😂😂😂
I love this family, they need to express freely that they love each other all the times. Mum and dad are strong!
Omg what a great episode lovely to see them all happy in the end especially the older boy.Great job Jo and parents x
I've been steady watching supernanny for the last 5 days!!!😂😂😂😂
Addictive indeed😂
Dude said he didn't do the homework cuz he was tired. I'm sorry but as a parent you don't get to be tired!
I wish we went on this program. It could have prevented my brother from having to leave my dad's house.
Emotionally manipulative father. Horrible. He literally couldn’t care less, unless it serves him. Ugh!
I'm so happy how this family transformed. ❤ On a side note, my parents would NEVER thank me for doing chores 😅
I am sorry to hear
Should be common practice to thank our children and apologize to them. It's important they see we follow the same rules or respect. In my opinion anyway 😅
Regardless I'm sure they appreciated your hard work! I hope so
proud of the older son...he just matured so quick. be proud of yourself boy
I like how Jo frost helps these families
Wow!! This is a miracle! What a turnaround!! It's one of my favourite Supernanny's! Fantastic. Gorgeous. Supernanny, you worked a miracle here alright!!! Wonderful, just wonderful. She sure is an expert.🦄💜
I just wanna hug these kids...
Angel in a cab!..Thank you Jo...much love from London!
I pray for the family...l wish them nothing but love and healing!
Wowww this was INTENSE!! Outstanding job, Jo as always❤️
I love Jo! Saving lives here!
Such a successful outcome for this deserving family!!! I was in tears for how open and honest they were which made the successful turn. It was Jos guidance but they're efforts through the hardships to make this happen. Its so nice to see for the parents relationship and w their kids inturn w each kids relationship w each other.
This poor man is so overwhelmed and doesn’t have the tools to even name his feelings. Start there.
He is not overwhelmed. He is lazy
@@elenajewel3just like his younger son
I think he felt backed into a corner - a corner he didn't even want to be in but couldn't find a way out of. We could all see the joy he and his wife felt when they could get back as a team.
I truly see a couple that really loves each other.
You must be blind. They are stuck together.
What a beautiful outcome. I was so emotional watching this. I hope this family can keep up the amazing work❤ Well done Jo❤
She worked magic, and we ALL believed in her!!!
Yes she does and yes we do!!!!
Bothers me how the kids just asked for money and less chores as things to say to make their family to be better.
This why we really gotta get to know someone before marriage
The eldest says he love his dad and then gets SHAMED in front of everyone? Awww... no.
Agreed
Awww, Kameron's smile at the end.
This episode have me over here in tears. I feel the mother pain. I understand the children frustration.
I left my son's dad because he was a waste of space..if you can't help raise boys into good men when are you there? Glad Mitch is helping out now.
Their family photo at the end is so much happier than the one from the beginning, so beautiful!
Jo is a God send, God bless her ❤
We as parents need to work on ourselves really
I Like This Family. They Get My Vote And Prayers. Om Rooting For Them.
This literally made me cry... first born here... absolute dysfunction growing up and home babysitter when I should have been able to be a kid. My parents both say they knew I wanted kids.... Because I was so well at taking care of my sibling? It's ridiculous
😢
…love what you do Jo, I have learned a lot about ‘human behaviour’ from watching your videos…and your methods and techniques do work! Much appreciation! 💗…and love your Jeep/car Jo 💛👍🏽
Cameron’s smile at the end is the best!!!
Lovey to see how happy these 6 became a team what a lovely family Jo Jo u are amazing xx
As an autistic, I already can't keep eye contact with anyone, much less make it.
I can't imagine trying to even engage with these parents with the way they raise voices - especially the mother - even if I weren't autistic.
You think that is raising a voice? You haven’t seen anything….
Wow!!! This was a great episode and it hit on so many issues. I pray this family continues to grow in love🙏🏽
Also I see great things for the children especially the sons they just need continued support from dad and mom seems so much happier and glowing 🙌🏽🥰
Blessings! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
First! So excited for the new episode ❤❤
