For anyone wanting to make the Veggie chips: Try laying out on a sheet and sprinkling with salt and letting them sit for a few minutes. Pat dry then apply the spray and seasoning. Leads to a crisper chip
Another one that I do, similar to the ice popsicle is home made ice cream with protein powder. I tend to make it whenever we have some left over milk which has been in the fridge for a few days and is about to go bad - last time I putted a banana, two scoops of chocolate protein, and about 400ml of milk in a blender. Optionally, you can put some peanut butter or even better - PB2 powder. After I blended it, I poured the liquid in small bowls and froze them in the freezer for a couple of hours. Tastes very good, high in protein, it isn't too sweet and it is just enough to trick my brain that I am having a desert after my meal.
My favorite recipe I modified from a few sources is to make a banana omelette with berries, without the protein mix or oats used in this video. Basically crack 2 eggs and smash 1 banana into the mixture, then just throw in some raspberries or blueberries or whatever you have, I do it when it's raw so the berries sink into the omelette. You can cook it however you want but I just throw it into a small airfryer for about 20 minutes at 180c until it browns a bit So you basically end up with a pancake that has no flour or added sugar and it tastes incredible
Thanks for some actually nice ideas rather than the usual smaller portions or eat greens which tend to be on these kinds of lists. I'm really not a lover of many greens so diets for me usually end in me getting sick of them and putting on more fat than I started with. A lot of these ideas I might actually enjoy which means I can (hopefully) stick with them long term.
One of my go to snacks is strawberries mixed in with some whipped cream which is very tasty! The original whipped cream is only about 15 calories for 2 tablespoons (even the off brand stuff is very similar in calorie density), and if you use fresh strawberries with the cream, you get a low calorie, but very tasty, dessert that also gives you the benefits of eating fruit.
Yeah me to I like the backing of studies and he talks about the Science on how this will effect the body since watching this channel I’ve been try some stuff hear and there and combining diets and in about 2 months I went from 260 pounds to 245 I stoped in the winter cus I didn’t have the motivation to go out into the snow and exercise but to my surprise when spring came I was still 245 I didn’t gain it back
I've loved pork rinds since I was a kid, people ask how I eat that, but stay in great shape. I've cut it out of my diet, but now I think I'm going to enjoy some once and a while, guilt free.
Here is another healthy snack: Freeze non-fat milk and decaf espresso in an ice tray. Put non-fat milk and a scoop of vanilla protein powder in a blender, blend until it foams and add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. You will have a delicious protein frappuchino!
Ranch dressing powder mixed into low-fat plain Greek yogurt makes an amazing dip for cucumbers, cauliflower, and other veggies. Also the most amazing mayo condiment replacement. The powdered mix is low in calories, ranch dressing gets its calories from added mayonnaise. You can bake a cheesecake replacing the cream cheese with low-fat yogurt and cornstarch, and monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar. Don’t use a crust, just butter your pan lightly, and dust with cookie crumbs or cocoa powder. A normal sized slice is 100 calories instead of 400.
That tomato soup recipe could have protein added to it would be to blend in white beans, soft tofu or even plain Greek yogurt into the cooked soup and heat through.

For example, flavored tuna packets, I used to eat them all the time and they're my favorite snacks. But they could be also high in mercury, which should be ingested in moderation.
Thanks man, currently on a diet . Just looking for good foods to do this with . I have about 50 pounds to go . I know right . Luckily I’m a carpenter so I’m constantly doing physical labor . Up and down letters and such . I was eating whatever I wanted for the last year but I was maintaining the weight I had put on in a short time off … I’ll get there
Here’s a recipe that I came up with. Mix plain Greek yogurt with cookies and cream protein powder and unsweetened peanut butter or your fruit of choice. Put in the freezer until it’s semi-frozen and you have something that tastes like cheesecake.
Here's my list and while most aren't 0 calories they are typically low carb, with protein and other minerals, vitamins and anti oxidants. 1) Blue cheese stuffed olives. Good for your gut, fiber, protein and delicious. Can make your own or pick up a package at better shopping markets. 2) Seaweed sheets. One of the best fiber sources with potassium and iodine. I love the wasabi coated ones though sometimes hard to find. Can typicaly find in better shopping markets like whole foods or Trader Joes. 3) Stuffed Egg Whites. I typically fill with homeade salsa, or diced chicken with parmesan and a little hot sauce. A ton of different things you could throw in. very filling, low carb and high protein 4) Macadamia nuts and raisins. Potassium, resveratrol, boron etc. Most men don't know this but a lot of the other nuts and seeds out there can whack your test levels. Macadamia's don't and might help increase. Just a handful works fine. 5) Strawberries and blueberries drizzled with honey. Could also add in rasberries, a few grapes or kiwi. This is a great pre workout snack loaded with antioxidants and won't spike your blood sugar but give you some fuel. 6) Avocado with sea salt, pepper and roasted garlic. Just split open your avocado, remove the seed and sprinkle all three on and enjoy. Sometimes I might add a little wawsabi powder as well for a nice kick. Lots of potassium and fiber. 7) Mushrooms in olive oil. Cut up mushrooms and cook in olive oil. Once cooked sprinkle with nutritional yeast, add some parmesan and sprinkle with sea salt. Delicious and another great fiber source and the nutritional yeast adds in some B vitamins and potassium. Sometimes I cut up some anchovies and add in when I'm feeling a little salty. 8) As mentioned prior, pork rinds are another decent snack. Just make sure you buy ones that are baked. They are more expensive than the fried type but better for you. Sometimes I'll crumple up and put into a salad as well to replace croutons.

Look up protein puffs by elevation from Aldi this is low key great. Per bag contains 260, calories 4g carbs, 0 sugar, 42g protein. Along with some BCAA
Another good breakfast is to freed a banana the night before, then in the morning blend the banana with a cup of milk for a delicious smoothie. I usually add a slice of whole wheat toast.
Hi thanks for this great content; What would you recommend for breakfast? I'm going trough your vids to adjust my diet and getting a better healthier lifestyle. Thanks and have a nice day. You are a life saver!
I understand this is all about low calorie snacks, but I'd steer away from crystal light which has aspartame in it (think diet soda). Also, if you don't like the flavor of stevia then erythritol/monkfruit/allulose are good natural and zero calorie sweeteners.
I can't manage without chips, so I’ll try the eggplant and zucchini ones. I’ve seen the quest chips before !! They look really yummy but the price is very dumb.
An alternative: replace your hot chocolates milk with coffee. Black coffee is pretty much zero calories compared to the fats found in milk and you can have a giant cup of it with the chocolate flavour, only being around 85 calories.
I made a Diet that's been effective and is enjoyable enough to stick too. It's a cross between the Jerad Diet and OMAD where I do one Footlong (typically 9 grain bread with Turkey Breast - no cheese - Lettus/ Tomato/ Onion/ Bell pepper - hotsauce - salt and pepper) from Subway per day. That being my only meal and lots of black coffee throughout the day. It's good for cutting though I'm gonna need to rebuild some lost muscle one I'm done. But fast results, the first week and half iv lost 7lbs and am visibly more toned. Iv lost some strength too but not much. I'd recommend it especially if your close to weight loss goals or just wanting to drop 10-15 lbs fast. Id recommend easing into this diet (maybe start with this on alternative days at first) I also recommend weaning off such a strict diet. What do people think about this? I'm no expert with nutrition but based on my scale/appearance it is working.
That doesn’t sound like a bad idea I have a hard time eating one meal a day I just get really hungry at lunch time and around 9 at night so it probably doesn’t matter if I eat half the sandwich at lunch and the other half for dinner cus it the same amount of food weather I split it or eat it all at once. I will skip the coffee I don’t drink coffee I drink water
Does the benefit of PB2 having less calories outweigh the loss of healthy fats? PB2 cuts almost all of the beneficial Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats that normal PB has.
That's where you have to prioritize your goals. If you want the flavor of peanut butter but need to cut the calories and drop weight then PB2 would be the better option. If you just want to make healthier choices or gain muscle then maybe regular peanut butter would be better. I always keep both on hand depending on how I want to use them.
If you want healthy ice cream. Just freeze your yogurt. Just be careful, I've learned not to leave it in the freezer for more than 45 minutes, otherwise it's too damn solid. Also I mix plain yogurt with vanilla yogurt to "reduce" the percentage of sugar without adding artificial sweeteners.
hickory bbq tuna for the absolute win!!! but yeah gonna enjoy some of these later! now I love pancakes, but after my motorcycle accident I gained a few to many pounds and haven't allowed pancakes since, can't wait to give these a try!! might even sprinkle in a very small amount of dark chocolate broken into chips

A ton of different things you could throw in. very filling, low carb and high protein
4) Macadamia nuts and raisins.

I will skip the coffee I don’t drink coffee I drink water
hardboiled eggs the best
You can buy keto chocolate bars, they are only 1gram of sugar and carbs and taste great.

Baked zucchini chips with parmesan, anyone? Maybe a dip made from Greek yogurt with chive onion and or garlic?

Just eat in a 200-300 cal surplus and use strength training thats the best way ans also eat lots of protein hope this helps.
