Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart neither is for those short of breath. This is the sense I am getting listening to Mr. Swaniker. Its a reality check for me and everyone else who has this romantic view about setting up a business and thinking it will be an instant success. This is one of those videos I will come to watch for reference.
One thing that touched me the most is when he spoke about 4 stages of relationships It's something that I consider that everyone in his or her entrepreneurship journey must take the cognisance of it......We fail in business partnerships because we want to jump from stage one to stage 4 I think also if we take that into our social relationships we won't have a high rate of divorces This guy made me to believe in mentorship
Trevor Ncube honestly speaking Sir I have learned a lot from your conversations but I edge you to start a website with such rich content to future generations, you also pan African champion Mr Trevor you walking the talk
Inspired beyond words. When someone sacrifices a comfortable American life to give opportunities to fellow Africans. The lessons you learn from this show you can never learn them in 5 years of tertiary education. Fred is one in a million. Mr Trevor, Sir . Thank you for this show! 🙏
Thank you Sir Trevor for your guest. There are so many rich nuggets of wisdom to take from this conversation . I have held a view that leadership must be concentrated at the bottom amongst common men and women who are educated, empowered, have values, vision and integrity. Any society with a critical mass of such men and women will set itself on a path to success. Doctor Fred here in a way validated this view. Poor or bad leadership at the top is a reflection of bad men and women at the bottom.
A top quality conversation. Fred is one of the leading Africans doing their best to ensure Africa's sustainable human capital development. As a Zimbabwean, l first got to know about Fred through his association with Dr. Strive Masiyiwa. From then on, l knew that Fred was a legend and have been following his great works since then.
Trevor can l come for an interview with you. I'm a first year student at African leadership University and my mission is to pave way for a sustainable industrial revolution in Africa through all means of optimization by the year 2065 . I'm currently studying entrepreneurial leadership mainly focusing on state governance, corporate governance and economic development. So l really want a platform to instill my idea in my generation .
