Good videos. Not a lot of talking straight to the job at hand. Talking while working, multi-tasking! Others can't seem to master this concept. Thanks for posting!
This is probably one of the best "how to” videos I’ve ever seen for auto repair. If it wasn’t for this video, I would not have attempted to swap out the alternator on my son’s 2014 Malibu. The detail and instruction, in this video were flawless. Thank you so much! Your video saved me a ton of money, and taught me something very valuable. 👍🏻
question: i have a 2016 malibu. its that way on the paperwork, its how its registered, and honestly thats what i’ve been told. however, whenever i look up how tos for it, i find myself having to look at 2013-2015 malibu videos. is there a world where i have the wrong car year or was my car really made in 2016 but its still using the old chassis? not sure i’ve ever seen that but wanna make sure im not going crazy.
Any chance you can do a brake booster replacement on this model of car? I’d like to do it myself to save the cash but I’m afraid of messing up the brakes!
Question my Malibu has an extra hose that goes from the front of the air intake and makes its way to right on top of the alternator, do you know how to remove that It is a 2013 2.5 eco boost LT
It looks like it’s connected to a fuel line with a box, there’s no obvious way to remove it and there no way the alternator is coming out with that in the way
