If we can continue maintenance on a car to keep it in good condition indefinitely, then we can do the same for our bodies. The only difference is complexity.
So either way - to learn if there any limit to human lifespan, we need a life extension biotech. Even if limit going to be a 1000 years - I would not mind :).
I don't think that i would want to live forever, but i do want to live for hundreds of years in good health. So i hope that we can solve this puzzle soon!
I think this is kind of irrelevant. Even if there isn't a limit on natural lifespan, the quality of life would be terrible. The important thing to do is to focus on rejuvination research.
That depends entirely on how interested you are in the biology of aging. If you are only interested in rejuvenation sure, it's boring. Not to say I don't think rejuvenation is the priority ofc but I personally find such studies interesting too.
@@nozhki-busha that's a fair point. I'm all for asking questions even if it's just curiosity. Though I'm sure we can agree that the desired end result is life extension medicine.
Let's support the advancement of technology to make reaching 130 in good health a common thing!
^this
Thank you for the support!
Absolutely!
If there is a limit, we need to overcome it. We can do it.
YEP
We agree :)

Limitless!
Steve Hill wrote an article on this story for our website. Very interesting stuff!
He's a good egg.
150 years must be minimum till 2030

As long as possible, please!
Yes!
Interesting. I hope we smash all these ages with rejuvenation!
He'll probably be one of the first immortals unless he goes to Mars. Science will solve aging in the next few decades.
No limit, absolutely not. And those who say there are, don't know what thery're talking about.

@@Azmarith We can certainly agree on this, yes.
It's possible but its not probable.
I thought it was Robert Kiyosaki in the thumbnail
Its not possible to be immortal
The universe will end in heat death. Forever is not a thing. Living forever is not theoretically possible.
We'll be fighting entropy far into the future, but I'm not convinced we're destined to lose that battle.
in future we'll take control of universe and space time fabric and slow down its expansion or even reverse it
