Cheap instrument doesn't mean bad. It performs its function & thats what I need. Regular maintenance & following basic safety rules at work will make it serve you for years. And on the contrary the most expensive piece of equipment will be broken or even killed by lack of maintenance & abuse very soon. So you will end up buying a new EXPENSIVE thing. Thanks for the master class, Kev!
Thank you. Yes I truly agree that maintained equipment will always serve you well. Why pay for what you are told is the best when it is down to the owner to care for it.
Thank goodness I found your channel. You live my dream life lo. l Im heading to uk and Ireland late next year from Australia And hope to find a small place to call home and live off grid. I will be watching your channel for inspiration. Thank and keep on good work
Hi Kev, only have a cheap chainsaw but keep it clean, oil topped up and sharpe. Not let me down yet touch wood 😅. Have you heard the latest on registering chickens? Soon we will need to register if we grow our own potatoes 😢
Hello Everyone! If you haven't been told Kevin; you look much slimmer and that's a good thing! I don't use power tools because I don't have the need ... but I've been ready for any power failures and shortages for years. I do pray that such an event doesn't happen, but if it does; it be shorten so many don't have to suffer.🙏
May be cheap, but it's german engineering. Lad i knew he ended up with stitches in the top of his leg because of a lack of maintaining the chainsaw . He was very lucky to not loose his leg. Nice to see you are getting on with the winter chores. Take care and stay well.

I will check it out. I had another subscriber message me about it. A bit concerning i think.
You don't actually need to register anything. That's the government trying to control you. 😊

Great tip! Thank you for your comment. I have lost 6 kilos in the last month.

A credit to German engineering. And like you, I have heard of quite a few horror stories with chainsaws.
