Andrew Lincoln didn’t get much credit because this is “just a zombie show” but he is perfect as Rick
Fiction doesn't get any credit unfortunately those award nonsense shows are rigged from the get go
“Me?! You mean me!!?”
One of my favorite Rick quotes of all time. Oh crazy rick. Lol
I can literally hear it in his voice anytime I see this pic or any related pic
Andrew Lincoln did a very Taxi Driver DeNiro-type delivery of that line... it was amazing.
I love rick from season 5
Andrew Lincoln has always said Rick isn't perfect, he's fundamentally a good man, but not a saint. Also all the characters are affected by all they've been through. Another acting master class from Mr Lincoln.
Fun Fact: Danai actually (accidentally) hit Andy in that scene. But they kept in character until the director said cut. She then literally fell on him apologizing... she felt so bad, but Andy was laughing, if a little sore. It was the best take tho, so they kept it. 😁
I think he really passed out, didn't he?
Soo if she wasn't supposed to hit him while he's renting, what was she supposed to do ?
@@clararivera2032 she was supposed to be pretending that she's hitting him and then they would add the hit sound effect after.
@@diatomicfool ohhh I see what you mean, thanks.
Lol
To be fair as crazy as Rick was, he had a lot of control during the fight. Rick allowed Pete to throw him out of a window roll around in broken glass, had his face smashed in, but he never once tried to pull out his gun. Also when Jessie and Carl tried to stop it, there were key differences. Pete punched Jessie from behind, not caring at all how she'd be hurt while Rick pushed Carl away, doing his best not to injure him as well as keeping him away.
Tyree Jacobs Rick threw Pete our the window, actually. But I agree. Rick was in control. When he was on top of Pete, he was grabbing Pete’s hands and pushing them down. He was trying to restrain him. If Rick actually tried to fight Pete. He would’ve knocked him out.
Rick didnt get thrown out the window it's the opposite smh
Rick destroyed Pete with just trying to restrain him
Ricks speech here reminds me of Shane's speech back in season 2 when he opens the barn. Shane s2 = Rick s5
Piggeh603 it’s also the inspirational speech going forward well the were the ones who live part.
Piggeh603 Oh good comparison 👍
just shows how shane was so ahead of everyone else
@@whatisreddin7367 my husband always said that
@@whatisreddin7367 Yeah Shane's ideas weren't wrong, it was always the way he went about them. He always did what he did to protect his group, just never went about it in the right way. The same could be said for Rick right here.
Rick unleased his inner Shane this episode, he finally snapped lol
JJ Kilhij I came to say the same thing, Rick’s inner Shane coming to the surface!
Yh Shane also beat up Ed (carols husband) when he was being a dick to carol and Andrea and that
Exactly. Rick had a Shane moment. He was right about everything he did and said but he went about it all wrong. That's what happens when you act on raw emotion and feelings and not logical thought. Also he understands that the way these people are living is a lie they are telling them selves. The way they are trying to live will lead to all there deaths in this world. It's not ready for civilization to return yet. It would take thousand's of people working together to achieve civilization again. A few hundred would not even be enough, they are only a few dozen at best and untrained.
I still never saw the comparison, Rick has more logic and level headed but in this moment the sharp contrast between a naive super lucky group vs people who know what beyond this wall is like it makes complete sense...but the only mistake he made here was not keeping his composure because he should know they have barely experienced what has been going on in the world
@@psfreak333 Boom. So many people keep saying he's Shane when their are clear major differences between the two. Yes, the speech is reminiscent of Shane's in season 2, but Shane's speech in season 2 wasn't the reason why Shane was killed. The guy was literally a psychopath and tried killing his best friend for no good reason.
“You mean me?” 😂😂ah I luv crazy Rick.
Rick would have protected any woman and her children from an abusive man but he wouldn't kill them. He probably told her about Sam wanting a gun because as a police officer he probably knows that often abused women don't leave for themselves but might leave when they know the children are aware of the abuse and may be in danger.
Peggy Kunkel Jessie was the first person to do something nice for him without asking for something in return since all this started. She helped him acclimate into the community and showed him something he hadn’t thought still existed in this new world which is selfless kindness/compassion for a stranger. It’s no wonder he began falling in love with her.
u don’t know what ur talking about. She literally asked would he do this for anyone else and he said no 😂
Any woman? He literally admitted he wouldn't do it for anyone else at this point.
Michonne punching Rick out at the end is still one of my favorite moments of the series. It was so unexpected and I can't help but laugh everytime since it happens right in the middle of Rick's rant. Andrew Lincoln is phenomenal in this episode as well.
true 😂 really reminded me of that one scene at the hospital when Rick just casually shot that guy and said „shut up..“ 😂
When you look a thumbnail and you can literally hear it. "Mee?!"
Totally 🤣
Toast Knight I love that scene haha
Toast Knight "YOU MEAN MEH??"
I love Rick when he says "Me!!??" 😂😂😂 One of my favorite parts of this episode. Anndddd.....In Rick's defense that asshole was trying to choke Rick to death and almost did. Plus , Pete started the fight by attacking Rick and Rick was being sweet and trying not to kill him 😉
Maaay*
What I love about Rick is that he’s not the most badass fighter in the world he isn’t some hand to hand combat expert When Rick fights he often gets his shit beat along with the other person The thing that makes Rick a badass is that he doesn’t stop he keeps going and keeps fighting even when he is beat to fuck It’s a more realistic kind of badass Rick has survived through sheer force of Will and determination and it shows that when he fights.
Draven Quinn Truuue, up till this point he hasn’t really “won” any hand to hand combat fights, Shane, Gov, Pete all FAT L’s
GroupOfGamersInc194 rick didn’t lose to pete 😂😂 rick was trying to restrain pete and rick still won the fight . rick also didn’t really lose against shane and that was still before rick was in his prime . Rick lost the governor fight but that was because rick was in his peaceful mode and he was shot in his leg . idk if you rewatch scenes but rick was winning until the governor hit him in his wound . i will admit tho the governor was shot in his arm and still beat the shit out of him 😂😂 but yea rick doesn’t lose too much
Yeah Rick almost always loses. Lost to the governor and Michonne saved him. Lost to Shane bad. Lost to Tyrese but Darl helped him. Rick is not a good fighter at all
@@eternalkali You aren't very bright. Rick lost to Shane and to the governor. In the comics he lost to the governor so bad they governor chopped his hand off with a hatchet. The writer himself admitted Rick is a bad fighter. It's literally witten into the comic and show that he's a shitty fighter. He's never won a fight. He would have beaten Pete but pete is a unless drunk. Congrats
@@c_f0rce Rick won the fight against shane to where shane had to resort to trying to kill him with a wrench and rick had to save his life. Rick lost to the governor yes but he was shot in his leg which makes it hard to keep standing so the governor despite being shot in his arm was able to take him down. Rick won against pete and pete was very aggressive , Rick also won against the guy in season 8 episode 2, (gracies dad) he also managed to fight off negan and get away despite negan hiding in his house and getting the first blow.
And in the arguement with Rick, Deanna was WRONG.
Sending people away without knowing if they will come back to hurt them or not !?.
That's just dangerous !.
I mean, think about what happened at Terminus.
They didn't kill all of the cannibals and what happened ??.
They came back, kidnapped Bob and freakin ATE HIS LEG !.
That's what happens when you "send people away" or "let them go".
I agree. Kinda the same happened with the Governor. They didn't kill him, they stopped looking for him and he returned with other men to attack them, he killed Hershel and destroyed the prison.
I fully believe that Rick felt that Pete was evil from the point he "met" him on the porch.
The Ballad of Porchdick
look it up on youtube. it's an entire song about it by the actor playing pete.
@@SmokeRingHalo omg! lol, I had no idea. I'll check it out and thanks so much!!
Steve and Lacy PLEASE READ!😁
FUN FACT: Think back to season 1 before the walkers raided their camp in the woods and killed Andrea's sister. The group was around the campfire and DALE was asked about why hes always winding his watch, Dale said:
"I like what a father said to his son when he gives him a watch that had been handed down through generations. He said "I give you the mausoleum of all hope and desire, which will fit your individual needs no better than it did mine or my father's before me, I give it to you not that you may REMEMBER time, but that you may FORGET it for a moment now and then and not SPEND all of your breath TRYing to CONQUER it."
Those highlighted words in bold are the titles of the last 5 episodes of season 5. I thought was a very cool Easter egg.
OH WHAT THE FUCK MATE! 😳🤯
Oh MAANNN. Nice. I miss Dale so much.
Everything rick said was true, he didn’t go about it the right way but that doesn’t change the fact that he was speaking the truth
A bit of a shout out for the excellent performance of Glenn. He gets lost a lot in the discussion mix. He was both amazing in his talk with Rick, and in his subsequent talk with Nicholas.
bro he is criminally underrated. My fav character for sure
Andrew Lincoln is one of the most underrated actors! No one else could kill the role of Rick like him.
Someone wore the perfect shirt for this episode. HA!!
One of Andrew Lincoln's best performances right here just amazing. Also Rick would have done that for anyone not just Jessie idk why he said that we've seen rick try to save people for less. "Me, you mean me you're way is gonna destroy this place, its gonna get people killed it's already gotten people killed." " Im not gonna stand by and just let it happen... If you don't fight you die." Keep up the great work guys. ✌
The phenomenal acting in this episode REALLY stands out. Sasha breaking down in the woods to Michonne and Rosita, Rick going crazy in the street, Glenn putting Nicholas in his place. Fantastic episode.
Lacey: "Okay, slowest turn in history." Lol!
Wait a minute. Rick said FIRST separate them. Deanna asked, "what if he doesn't want to" THAT is when Rick said, "we kill him". Rick didn't say, go straight to killing him. But, in their situation, if someone isn't abiding by the rules, and is endangering someone, what do you do? At some point, you are FORCED to take the extreme. Are they set up to imprison some one? If not, maybe they need to think about that. If they are, is it feasible? What about resources? For Pete, it would be easy. He has to still be the doctor. But what about someone else? They get to sit in a cell and get cared for, while everyone else carries the load? Its not as cut and dry as you may think. But Rick did NOT say to kill him immediately. Rick was saying to give him a chance to do the right thing once confronted.
As far as Ricks motivation, sure, he has feelings for her. But it does not negate the fact that Pete is an abuser. Rick was doing the right thing. PETE IS WRONG! Rick said to give him a chance. What more can Rick do? Even if he had no feelings, it would be the same. And just because he has feelings, doesn't mean he should ignore the situation. Its his JOB to handle the situation. And Steve, I am with you about the whole cheating crap. Rick was wrong for kissing her. BUT, he still has to protect a member of the community.
tama yeager gibson I ship Rick Jessie. Pete abuses her, there’s no love no betrayal. She has every right to be with Rick. She can’t leave/divorce him.
@@bunsmasterbunny She can divorce him. She looks him in the face and tells him it is over. Zombies are not an excuse to cheat.`
Yep
Andrew Lincoln's acting is top notch
Crazy Rick is my favourite Rick 😂😂😂😂
LOL Michonne knocked the eff out of crazy Rick.
Sasha michonne and rosita = girl badass power trio
That scene is so iconic now looking back it's like the Jack Nicholson scene from the Shinning instead of here's Johnny it's here's Rick lol.. Awesome acting this was one of my favorites.
"Heres Rick." Thats awesome.
While Rick is falling for Jessie, I think you're misinterpreting what Jessie meant by "anyone". I think what Jessie meant is that, would you go through hoops, work and work your hardest for a complete stranger just out of the kindness of your heart. Rick by saying no means that he's formed an attachment to Jessie and would do things for her the way he would do things for his family and close friends.
Feanor Hey Feanor. Whenever you respond to a comment of mine, I get a notification, but it doesn’t show up on the thread. At least it doesn’t show up on my end. UA-cam screw up maybe? It’s happened about three times now.
Feanor Fair doos then. At least there isn’t a weird glitchy thing going on!
Yep
Andrew Lincoln is a great, great actor hands down!
The balloon throughout this episode, I believe was symbolizing Rick's Stability level.
The first time we see it its just sitting stable when Pete sees rick by the water.
The second time we see it its bouncing and being carried, and could be free at any moment, just as Rick was deciding whether or not to handle the Pete situation.
The third and final time we see it, its floating away when Rick has unleashed himself on Pete.
Also I feel like the real reason Rick was so insistent on protecting Jesse and her boys from Pete Is because not only he has feelings for her but he feels like it's his job and responsibility cause he feels that back in the prison he failed to protect Lori and so he's trying to fix his mistake
I like that they don't make Rick a perfect lider/hero, they show you that he makes mistakes, he is not always right and that right now he's also dealing with not being out there anymore just like the rest of the group.
Oh and this episode is another example of how great of an actor Andrew is ❤
Lacey’s “savage” top fitted perfectly for this episode lmao 😂
Michonne knocked him the f**k out. lmao
Masterful performance by Andrew Lincoln, his speech was chilling with the blood on his face.
I forgot how INTENSE this episode was! The W corpse, Sasha's heartbreaking PTSD, the little Carl and Enid romance, and of course all the Rick/Jesse/Pete drama! You can't blame Deanna for having second thoughts about Rick in the end scene, he looks terrifying all covered in blood and waving a gun like that! Also I do agree with Lacey about Rick's convo last with Jesse - it started from a place of genuine concern for the situation but ended with a shading of personal desires.
Funny part is, Danai who plays Michonne actually punched Andy on the back of the head.
Another incredible performance by Andrew Lincoln
Rick definitely has the best wild moments
I love the crazy Rick speech it’s just so we’ll acted “Me me you mean Me?!” Gives me goosebumps every time
3:03 I wish there were more Rick and Glenn scenes. After all they DO go back all the way to episode freaking 1.
Sasha want to "clear".
Sasha going rogue! Glenn “saving stupid guy”!
Rick going “balloons” ! That’s it for now! See you...until 5/16 finale!
Our group had been "out there" for so long so they really wanted Alexandria to be a place they could live. Rick was just so extremely frustrated with how unprepared these people were. They didn't even have guards posted in the towers.
I think Rick could have handled the Pete situation better. Michonne did what she had to do to keep things from escalating.
#Question: What do you think will happen now? Do you think our group will be able to stay in Alexandria?
We start off hearing "Somewhat Damaged" by "Nine Inch Nails", and the tone is set! This ep was all about "Damage", mental physical, emotional, even the damage that words & actions can do!
Great ep, reaction & review!
Hello from FranceRemember what Shane told : "Rick is end as it was before ! Now if you want to live and survive you have to fight for it"Now Rick said exactly the same thing "If you don't fight you die !"
Michonne saves rick from himself
Michonne is Rick's good angel 😇
Absolutely! She did him a favor.
@Feanor 😜
I always liked this back half of season 5, but rewatching with you and your views has made me enjoy it even more.
Hey guys, great reaction. My poor Rick went cray cray. Just remember it wasn't long when the Governor came in and attacked the prison and days later almost made into dinner by Garith. I believe Michoone knocked him out because the fear that he could be the cause of all them being kicked out by his rant. Oh boy can't wait for the finale.
Hope amazing happens to you Steve and Lacey, Lacey and Steve
Another amazing reaction guys. You guys are so right. Michonne wanted this more than almost anyone even before she got there she really wanted stability. So her taking out Rick at the end of the episode made even more sense and with her role. Can’t wait to see your reactions for the next episodes
Rickdator is unleased. "I'm trying NOT to kill you". These pampered Alexandria people don't see that... A woman he likes (and likes him back) is in danger. Her kids are in danger. Alexandria is in danger because they are not trained & ready. This all hit Rick on a primal level. Deanna is a good leader, but she is in way over her head and doesn't comprehend the threats out there.
I am proud of Rick for resisting, with their mindsets for being out there for as long as they have, seeing so many loved ones dying in brutal ways and killing as many people as they have. For our group to still have humanity after all they have been through is great and even though Rick was wrong in thinking that way before finding out he is abusive, but he acted pretty civilized for someone that has been through so much death and after knowing what Pete has done, he restrained himself....to me it shows how strong of a person Rick really is, same goes to the rest of the group.
Me 🙏🙏🙏
"YOU PEOPLE WANNA LIVE??! THEN YOU GOTTA FIGHT FOR IT! RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!!" Sound familiar?
This episode is a trip! Rick releases his inner-Shane, Michonne puts him to sleep, Sasha is guilt-ridden over Noah, Glenn calls out Nicholas for the bitch he is, Carl is smitten, Carol is ready for war, and Daryl has uncovered danger worse than walkers. I can't WAIT until next week!! 👏👏👏😁😁😁😁
Hi Duo!!
Imo, this was a PERFECT reaction video. If I were a director this is how I would set up the vids. Starting with A brief introduction/recap before watching the episode.
2nd - We get to see you go through the show like we as viewers did in the beginning.
3rd - This in-depth discussion immediately afterward, showing us how the episode made you *feel*(unedited). Don't Apologize for being overwhelmed and feeling tongue tied after what we just watched. THAT'S how we get to share everything together.
Anyway, great, great, great reaction video!! I know 100% that I'm not running the show at all. And I don't want chastised by other fans of you guys' who might get the impression I'm trying to tell you what to do or how to run your own site. Lol. I'm just saying imo this formula was PERFECT to me.
Thanx sooo much for sharing this awesome TWD ride with us. You guys are wonderful!
Until next time, Be Well! ♡♡
In this moment I think Rick was pretty much in the right...but he didn’t have any filter considering these people don’t understand what life is outside the wall so he comes across as crazy because they have been so damn lucky but he understands the risks of having a place like this and they are all running it without a care in the world and he was bringing up a lot of good points.
I LOVE this episode so much!!! Rick went full Shane mode in here hahaha The crazy thing is that, because we know Rick we kinda understand, but to the people from Alexandria he seems absolutely crazy... I love how every character had a different approach in the community, Rick, Carol, Glenn, Daryl, Michonne.
Plus, the scene where Sasha says the no one can help her, sooooo sad! Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) is so amazing in her perfomance, it was so easy to connect and to relate!
Rick was sounding like Shane
Fun Fact: The scene where Michonne punches Rick at the end of the episode, during shooting in that scene, Danai (Michonne's actress) actually ended up hitting Andrew (Rick's actor) and she professes how badly she felt the whole time😂
I wouldn't have kept a straight face after accidentally punching someone
When that red balloon always show i be thinking they have Stephen kings IT in the show 😂
I didn't even mind that Rick looked a bit like Jack Nicholson in The Shining, lol. I still love him and would still be right on his side. Rick loses it occasionally. Just like when he was fighting with Tyrese. It's like his survival mode kicks in.
@Feanor
Lol!
@Feanor jim croce......love it
@Feanor They're f.... in'with the wrong people. Still.
And Rick would have helped Jessie no matter what. He always has. Especially a w0man who was being hurt like that
He would care no matter what. I think he told Jessie that because he didn't think she would allow him to help her otherwise. No doubt Rick is into her. But Rick would have helped her no matter what.
Love that they played one of my favourite Nine Inch Nails tracks in this ep ❤️
I feel like Rick has just been there physically since Laurie and Herschel, he's mentally been gone for a hot minute.
I don't feel like he can allow danger to be visibly present and do nothing. He isn't willing to lose anyone else! I also feel maybe him reaching out to save Jessie is to mentally compensate for not protecting Laurie. Now Carol and Rick I keep saying are very vigilant and both very willing to do what's needed to protect the group. I don't feel like he loves Jessie lol I feel she is a damsel in distress and he wants and needs to save her.
As far as Pete goes, I may be bias because I was raised and beaten by and alcoholic stepfather, but 9/10 alcohol just only intensifies who they really are. Now Pete wasn't drunk everytime we seen him but he NEVER appeared to be mr. nice guy lol Like Carol said even if he's wrong, he's right!
I love these episodes. The Ricktator is back!
I think Rick said to Jesse that he wouldn't do this for anyone else! was a lie, because he has his family! that he cares about very much, he just wants her and to protect her I think.
I'm on Rick's side! lol
We all were, only he shouldn't be looking so insane while trying to give that speech to people who have no idea what the world has truly become
He hit his limit...that easily could've been Sacha, a few of them are struggling to cope. Basically Rick is right, hes basically scared his people are not safe here because these ppl have no concept of what the world is like and are unprepared. Which is true hes right he just went bit far.
Rick is having trouble assimilating to life inside the walls. He is almost like an animal. Loved the episode. Thank you for the upload on my birthday! Best gift ever!! 💜💜
I'm usually not tolerant of cheating, but I make an exception for people being abused. I think Rick would go after any abuser despite what he said. I think he saw the red flags early on. I do think he's more emotionally invested than he would be if he wasn't infatuated. Probably wouldn't have been reckless... but I think he'd still go after him.
Part of me also wonders if he said that because he thought it would have her go along. Sometimes a victim is afraid of being alone. Like you said, I think it's a mix of both. Rick is kinda... borderline.
Pete is lucky that Rick showed restraint during their fight. But then he had to go hit Jessie & shove Carl. That cause the rebirth of a nearly unstoppable monster of rage:The Incredble Savage Rick! Seriously. Rick was right for the ass-whuppin he gave Pete, but wrong for pointing a gun at innocents.
darth ken81 Rick shoved Carl away not Pete
@Cleo Griffith
Well, I have egg on my face, then.
Shane - “If yall wanna live , if yall wanna survive , ya gotta fight for it , I’m talking bout fighting right here , right now”
Rick - “if you don’t fight , you die”
Rick has slowly started agreeing with shane further on , like not taking chances and now not fighting , maybe Shane woulda been a better protector against the governor than rick
The Shane angel is winning right now 🧟
Shane is way too stupid for the Governor , the show runners pointed out many times that Shane would be a horrible leader . He only cares about what he wants to do
Season 5 is a masterpiece. There, I said it.
I think it’s terrible but I’m glad it is appreciated by others
Sketchy Magpie what was terrible about it? Did you not find the premiere to be one of if not the best episodes of 5 seasons?
The way Enid looked at Carl in that tree was like, was that your knife that looked me?
Still getting it on like Donkey Kong! This is Lanky Kong erasure!
Tbh I always kind of saw Deanna as being a pacifist version of Dawn. She's letting Pete do what he wants because they need him, but in a way that gives Pete all the power. He knows he's valuable in this world so that leaves him the room to do what he wants when nobody will stop him. Deanna doesn't handle the situation any better than Dawn, and both of them believed similar things about the apocalypse. Dawn thought they just had to hold out until it was over, and Deanna thinks they're on the right track to a new community and civilization that will be like the old world. Just like Beth and Dawn, we're seeing similar things happen with Rick and Deanna.
No worries about the long discussions! I always enjoy them, personally. There aren't enough reactors who go this in depth with their thoughts. It's really refreshing.
4:18 "Why is there a random ballon...?" *_IT_* has arrived. lol
You guys have got things pretty much right, as far as what everyone is feeling, based on their personal AND group experiences. Just remember that everyone of our group has had major losses, and they are all going thru they're own PTSD. But, they all have different personalities, so each one of them will show different signs &/or symptoms. Just always try to remember what each character has gone through, and what they - deep down - are all about. It'll keep you solidly on track, even if you get wrong with predictions, you'll still be close to understanding.
Love the discussion. For me, it's the best part of reactions. Even if I don't agree with you (lol), I still like to hear your honest opinions on each scene & character's actions. Keep it up. 😊🌺🏝️❤️
We all float down here. We allll floooooaaaaat!
@@darthken815 And you'll float too. 😱
Haha, angie. Now give me back my sailboat. Ow. Why are you biting me?! OW! OW! (CRUNCH!)

Michonne punching rick so he would shut up is like daryl punching Merel
Best reaction so far! Love it!
FYI There is a short scene at the end of S5 E16 which I'm sure you've been told to watch. So excited to see your reactions. Can't wait til Monday! :D
The commentary is just as good as the reaction in my opinion. I Love your breakdown of the episode and the characters and especially your predictions of future episodes. Very insightful looking into the minds of duo reacts. :)
Rick in this episode: *Shane Mode Activated* lol
What Rick is saying is correct however his execution is really bad. Also I think Rick was trying to hold back but after the guy hit Jessie that was it. Also giving props to Sasha's actress in this episode for phenomenal acting.
"I can keep you and yours boys safe".... who else does that sound like from the past?
I love Rick's slow transformation into Shane during this time in the series. He goes to murder way too fast and believes only he cant keeps his loved ones safe.
It is a different world there now outside Alexandria. The world is different and you have to do difficult things to survive. Alexandria just isn't prepared, most residents aren't even aware of how things are beyond the walls and they don't like this new group who tell these stories of nasty things that really, they don't even want to know about. Head in the sands so much that they can't take control of evil Pete.
This is pretty much everything brought to a head with Rick. From the beginning of the season, he has pretty much been getting darker and darker with the way he has done things. But he does have a point. Alexandria as a community is pretty vulnerable. And places like this have been overtaken or even eradicated because of this. He means well about keeping them all safe, but right now, he was too far out there to where Michonne had to put him on nap time.
17:56 Steve's Traumatized 💀😂
You guys realize breaking bad is the greatest acting show ever! However in this show you
refer the group as us or our group , can you remember a show where you identified yourself
as part of the show or one of them???? Welcome to TWD ! Andrew Lincoln deserves as much
credit as Brian Cranston as an actor! Just a different genre. When you lose some one in this show
does it feel different than other shows?? TWD RULES!😁
BB could be the greatest show ever, I still wouldn't care. I tried to get into it; just didn't CARE about a cancerous meth king-pin. Meth has ruined a lot of lives and I find it to be in bad taste. But I totally agree with you that "our" group is family 🤠🧟 😎.
@@leila7132 well not all stories are meant to make it so you care for the characters that's up to the individual, BB is more of a character study than anything else though both Andrew Lincoln, and Bryan Cranston are top tier actors
YEP...to all of it. 😄
@@pieck5460 Right. If I remember correctly Bryan Cranston's character in the pilot was a science teacher? And he had a loving family and he found out he had cancer. So, think it's time to start my meth lab, cuz what else would you do?!?! I just didn't like it. But if others do, then they've got something to watch. Everyone is fortunate to have choices. We don't live in some fascist country that dictates every aspect of our lives. Thank God.
It's not to me.
I've literally seen reactions where people are angered at Michonne for hitting Rick & that's INSANE to me. Rick was a CRAZY person in that moment & has kinda been going in that direction for the the last half season. Punching Aaron for nothing & basically being big leader Rick in that episode. He was making full on decisions for the group in that episode & had Michonne (And Glenn/Maggie) not stepped up to him they would've never went to Alexandria & probably would've killed Aaron.
Ever since they got to Alexandria he's been having Secret meetings with Carol & Daryl but Daryl realized what they're doing is wrong & stopped doing that. But Rick doesn't & keeps having the meetings with Carol about taking over & stealing weapons. He started messing with a married woman (as you guys pointed out) before knowing what Pete was doing. & he's going straight to killing people now. I agree banishing is a slippery slope BUT imprisoning people is an option. Turn a basement into a Jail & start using it. Force Pete to start drinking & keep the alcohol away from him. There's tons of answers that don't involve killing people. (To be clear I do think killing is the answer sometimes. Serial killers in an apocalyptic group are a BIG NO NO & there's to much risk in them killing people again. But Pete wasn't warranting a death sentence.)
I'll give Rick this, he didn't pull that gun on Pete during their fight. Only pulled it when he noticed a crowd forming around him. But pulling the gun on the innocent crowd is a VERY BIG NO NO & I'd definitely imprison him for something like that. Michonne was 100% in the right to knock his crazy ass out. He pointed the gun at Deana & others for basically no reason. They were trying to break up the fight. Rick even pushed Carl. So I was beyond happy that she stepped up to him again. I wasn't at all shocked or pissed that she kit him. Pretty much every member of the group aside from Rick/Sasha/Carol is liking Alexandria. Glenn told Rick they are "them" (As in the Alexandrian's & Rick's group are the same) & Maggie is seeing a future society like Deana, Abraham is forming friendships with people working construction, & Michonne even mounted the sword cause she feels like she doesn't need it here.
Oh & yeah Carol is totally manipulating Rick to a degree. She seems to want Rick in power & is trying to push him in that direction.
Now all this being said, I love this character development for Rick & the others. I find it believable & interesting. I disagree with Rick/Carol's choices but it makes for great drama to watch & invest in for me. I see you're the same way!!!
Loved the reaction & VERY hyped for more reactions going forward!! Have fun guys & stay safe!!!
PS: just in case you guys weren't aware Jessie has 2 sons. Sam (the one who has been featured the most & hangs with Carol) & Ron (The older brother who played video games with Carl). & also Rick had a shot to shoot Pete right before they start fighting. when he said "I'm the guy who's trying not to kill you" he could've just shot him rather than say that.
PSS: Do you guys have a schedule on when you release things? Just curious
jake 117 Mon, Wed, Fri: TWD
Tues, Thurs: Breaking Bad
Not sure about the weekends 👍🏼
Wolves not far. There's definitely a reckoning coming for Rick and Pete, Glenn and Nicholas, Sasha's survivor's guilt, and whatever Gabriel's going through. Storylines are about to violently collide. Also, don't forget, we had a few after-credit scenes this season. One in the premiere and another at midseason. Now that you're at the finale, probably safe to assume that'll come back don't ya think?
I did to think it was both ways. protections for Jessie, Ron and Sam and then as you can see Rick is crushing on Jessie and it did suggest another reason.
Police and their choke holds.

@Feanor Exactly. That's what scary about this new world aside from the walkers.
@Maxine M
Lol. I forgot Shane said that. Been so long since I watched 1x03. Cant remember every line. Thanks for reminding me.
@@darthken815 I straight up re-watched every single episode with Steve and Lacey / Lacey and Steve because I wanted to focus on their reactions instead of the show. :D
LET"S DUO IT/DO IT!! Let's get it on like donkey kong ah man I miss donkey kong.
This was my personal favorite Rick moment!
One of my favs: "You're the town drunk, who knocked over my fence and ripped up my yard".
Damnit, why didn't Merle and Glenn scoop up Michonne and kill the damned Governor right there?!?!
Yep
And it's not even the season finale...
The scene with Rick on the ground looking crazy would've looked absolutely insane if he still had that beard
I so much love crazy rick from season 5
Damn wish i didnt have to wait till monday for the finale reaction haha
Crazy ending!!!
All Rick had to do was charge Pete with assaulting an officer. Would be hard for Deanna to dispute that.
I'm really glad rick kicked Pete's butt he got what he deserved
Rick is not wrong for what he said it's just how he did it but yeah Michonne was right for knocking him out cause she saved him and everyone the trouble
Cool how the survivors have the same mind set but all go about it diff ways
