Having completed this program once and getting ready to do it again….i will say that a daily progress photo is something to be excited about. Especially when starting out heavy and or out of shape. To be able to track when you began to see a difference in your face….your smile….your eyes. To see that moment when your body begins to show you the changes….it’s just a fantastic tool and cannot be fully realized til the end. It’s also incredibly encouraging when you get to day 30 and feel like quitting because 30 days took so long and you don’t know how you will make it. You will! Seeing the changes in your face and body after just 30 days is very inspiring. Because it’s more than body fat….it’s the internal changes shining through
One tip: if you listen to the podcasts, Andy states that if the weather is dangerous, use your common sense, don't put yourself in danger. It's ok to do a workout undercover during a hail storm or high winds. It is storm season. He does urge everyone to be safe.
I’m starting July 1st. I am very motivated to do this challenge after getting results back from the doctor that I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high TSH levels and I’m pre-diabetic. Thank you for posting this video, it was extremely helpful. ❤
So excited for you to begin!! Just remember your "why" and it will truly keep you motivated. If you ever have questions feel free to reach out! We can be accountability buddies lol. Thank you for your comment and I'm so glad you found the video helpful 😊
Hey, I'm starting January 1st ... did you continue the program past the 75-day challenge? I'm nervous about missing a rule and having to start all over ... especially the plain water rule. 😬
Andy is truly one of the most inspirational entrepreneurs and people out there. Success isn't everything, the guy isn't one of these people that sells out for money. If you listen to his podcast you'll see that he's never afraid to speak his mind and share his opinions regardless of what the prevailing narrative is. Very rare these days.
Why would yardwork not count? I mean if it’s to move you’re still moving and I’ve heard yardwork counts as exercise and does burn calories. Just curious just the same for inside her house work does burn calories. Is it because we’re not keeping our heart rate up for certainly the time? Maybe? That’s only reason I could figure.
@@ktrudy1 my understanding was that he wanted it to be more intentional exercise that wasn't necessarily something we would already be doing! So if we normally garden, mow the lawn, etc. it needs to be in addition to that
@@ktrudy1 Interestingly enough I think it's more about the mental aspect! Being disciplined enough to add something on top of what you would be doing naturally. From my understanding the whole challenge is more for mental discipline than for the physical changes or weight loss ❤
Hello! I’m starting tomorrow 😊I had “tried” this back in March and went 13 days. I am fully committed now!! I’ve been prepping and watching videos, listening to podcasts etc. yours has been my favorite so thank you! Excited to see your progress now that you’re almost finished! ⚡️🎉 also, I’m now a subscriber 😊first time seeing you. Hope you’re doing well!
Honestly, most people say that the progress photo has made them feel way more comfortable with their body, not even because of the body changes, but because they’re seeing it and photographing it every day and after a month or so, you’re so tired, you don’t care how you look, you’re just doing your daily tasks to get them out of the way lol I’m looking forward to physically seeing myself 75 days doing something consistently and maybe seeing one photo and thinking damn that was a hard day but I did the damn thing.
So true! After taking more and more, I actually ended up appreciating it lol. I do think it depends on the person, but I can absolutely see how for some it makes them more comfortable seeing and looking at their own body.
😂 I think you answered the reason why the picture everyday can make sense especially for women. Seeing how your body changes day to day especially if track what you eat can be very good. I didn't think it like that until now. I need to do that.
Sometimes you don't even realize your body is changing until you actually look back at the pictures! 😆 I definitely prefer that method to using the scale
Love your video, but main thing I want to point out is this is not a challenge. It’s a program. Andy made a big point about that. On Day 70 with covid the last 3 days and this has been my holy grail. Love this program!
thank you for this reminder!! Such a good point. Also that's INCREDIBLE to hear that you're on day 70 while also dealing with covid. Hope you're better soon and you should be so proud of yourself!
If God blesses me continued life and health, I will give it another go in the new year. I don't see what's wrong with restricting yourself for a period of time. If you get sick and your doctor say no more of this for x period time, what are you going to do? For exercise, you can walk, dance, do yoga etc, low impact activities you can do everyday.
Totally agree with you! I think as long as it is coming from the right intention and a healthy space, a period of restriction is not a bad thing. And low-impact exercises are amazing! I love things like pilates, yoga, walks, etc.
Never heard of this challenge before, but after watching your video I am super pumped and want to do it!! Will you make another video with your insights after completing this challenge yourself? Thank you :)
Hi Anita! Thank you so much for your comment ❤️ I'm definitely planning on sharing more around all of this and am actually thinking about creating a totally separate channel for health and fitness related content lol. Hopefully super soon!
Day 1 is today and I'm already in a bit of a pickle. Wasn't feeling great this morning, so I called in sick to work. Now I can't really go outside for a run/walk, just in case someone from work sees me. So for today i'm doing two 45 min inside workouts. Is what it is, maybe ill add an extra day to the end and do 76 hard haha
lol 76 hard sounds good to me! If you can do 75 days you can totally do 76 😆 Hope you're feeling better though! On days when you're not feeling well/low energy it can be great to do something like a walk plus a yoga or mobility class. And thank you soo much for subscribing and joining the community! 😍
I have to drink electrolytes or eat them in my food because of serious leg and foot cramps. I don’t think drinking electrolytes is a problem in my opinion. But that’s one thing I will have a problem with it.
This would absolutely still count if that's what you need to do! I'm sure this journey takes into account that certain things may not be available to everyone, and as long as your intention is there, that's what matters 😊

Such a beautiful reminder! And I completely agree - it is so much more than physical. The internal changes make a lasting impact.
Yours is by far the best video I have seen on this topic so far. I hope more people see it!
